We recently moved to the area and ordered 2 big orders within 2 weeks (we have a big family). The first order was missing a whole pizza. My husband called the restaurant and they offered to write it down on a list that we were owed food. A couple weeks later when we ordered again, my husband asked for the pizza that we were owed to be added to our order. The manager on staff asked if he had a receipt. He said no but it was supposed to have been written down on a list. The manager said "Well we don't just give away free food." He found the receipt in his inbox and informed her that he had the receipt. She proceeded to say that she had to wait for the other managers to return from vacation in order to verify his claim. We completed the order and when I went to pick up the food, I asked to speak to her. I showed her the virtual receipt and told her that there seemed to be a misunderstanding since it wasn't free food we were after, just what was owed to us. She reiterated that she had to wait for someone to return from vacation and she'd call my husband back once they returned. I informed her that we frequently order large amounts of food, are locally connected with community members and that we publicly post reviews. I acknowledged that we'd wait to hear back from someone. The first order was 5/16/21 the second 5/30/21- these conversations occurred 5/30/21 and we still have not heard back from anyone. They have lost our business and if our friends and family ask about Fazioli of Jackson they will be told not to bother sending their...
Read moreTresa the manager was unbelievable. I called ahead because we had a men’s soccer team of over 30 people, and I asked her if we could have individual meals premade and ready to go when we arrived.
She was more than accommodating and even called me up once I emailed her the list of food because we had a meal missing and she wanted to make sure we We’re fully taken care of.
She took care of my team, she took care of our staff, and she took care of our bus driver.
She even contacted and asked us if we wanted the food to go in travel containers, which my players really enjoyed that idea because they could take the food with them on our bus.
Once we got there her and her staff were unbelievable, and the food was already ready to go. She had numbered and named every single item, so there was no confusion and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of and it was an easy process. She even took care of our gluten-free player that needed a special order.
Fazolis have always treated as well, but we’ve never had a manager go above and beyond like that before. I’ve been a head coach for 22 years . She was unbelievable and so was her staff. She deserves a raise. You need to...
Read moreSuprisingly Delicious! My family and I loved this fast food Italian place. The food was really good! You order your meal at the counter, and the give you a number to take to your table (similar to Culver's). Then they bring it out to you, along with lots of amazingly good breadsticks. You can tell they must be full of calories because they are way too good to be healthy. Afterwards just take your trash and dirty plates to the return area. I ordered the classic Italian sampler (fedichini alfrado, lasagna, and spaghetti with meatballs), and my husband had the baked spaghetti and meatballs. We both loved it. My son had cheese pizza, but he didn't touch it. Other menus items include less traditional pasta, salads, Italian sliders, and desserts (which looked amazing but I didn't get). Drinks are typical fast food type, including a soda fountain machine and iced tea (sweet and regular). I would certainly...
