First off their parking lot is always a mess, pot holes everywhere no matter what time of year it is. If it's winter than there's a ice everywhere and they choose not to put any salt down to help melt it faster. Take some pride in your establishment, fix the parking lot and keep up on the ice please.
The day we went here they were still only doing drove thru because of Covid-19. My husband ordered four meals, two 10 piece nugget meals and two quarter pounder meals. He asked for 4 sauces bbq and ranch when we ordered.
We paid for our meals and then moved up to the next window. First thing they did was only give us two straws for four drinks. So we had to kindly ask the employee for two more straws. Then we got our food and drove around the block to park and eat it.
We opened up the bags and started handing out the food. No sauces were in the bags. On the receipt it clearly showed we had ordered 4 sauces for the nuggets. Not only that but there was no ketchup either, even though we had four orders of fries. No acceptable.
So we drove back and since zero doors were open to the public my husband had to go to the drive through window to get our sauces and ketchup. It was a pain in the butt and we didn't get much of an apology for them wasting our time or not giving us what we had asked for.
Lesson learned they don't do drive thru well at this location. We'll stick to going inside when they are open again, or if we do do drive thru we will check everything carefully before we pull away. I suppose that's a lesson most people already know but we are not drive thru people so we forgot that they can and will forget things that you asked for. We'll remember next...

Food came quickly as expected since it was basic cheese burgers. But my, how disappointing McDonald's has become. Fast food has always been disgusting, but its like they sprayed the wrapper to keep the burger from sticking LOL. Also, we keep buying fast food because it's cheap and quick. But with these prices... and how tiny the burgers are. 🍔
Maybe they have always been this small, and I haven't been here in a while. Or maybe my hands doubled in size.
At least this location still has $1 drinks. But why are locations taking away self refill machines? Your employees aren't on it to offer this. There was a line when I went back up. The cashier was also trying to deliver food to tables. What an ineffective system.
Edit: Went back up to oder an ice cream cone. Had to wait for all other orders ahead to be processed. Unlike other locations that just turn around and make it on the spot. Plus, the cashier was having trouble locating where to deliver food.
Also, I noticed at this and another location, the ice cream seems...off? It's not creamy anymore. It's almost like a vanilla sorbet or something. What's up with that?
I don't understand this locations system or process change. It's fast food, not a restaurant. People can listen for their number to be called and come retrieve their own food, the cashier can do refills and ice cream to keep the lines and wait time down. It's tried and true, no need to change what works 🤣.

Read moreThis location has the worst customer service I have come across ever in my life. I'm assuming the male in the blue long sleeve is a manager. But the way he came up to the window and YELLED "WHAT!" blew my mind. We submitted a Mobile, not given the option to go inside to pick up the food we had to wait in the slow moving drive thru line for 20 minutes (maybe 2-3 cars in front). By the time we got to the speaker it was 10:59pm and then the lights turned off. I can understand it's 11PM and now the restaurant is closed but we were unsure how to get a refund or IF the food was even ready. We waited a little over 5 minutes before someone came to the window. Yes my husband was honking and knocking on the window. It was frustrating to see everyone look at us and ignore us. Again, I understand that it's now 11pm and there was the possibility of not getting our order. I wanted to know how I'm getting my refund because my order and payment went through. By the time someone grossly acknowledge us the "manager" yelled that there's no order. The whole verbal exchange was yelling and shouting. I'm not fighting for food, at this point and the way they were acting and then yelling I don't want them serving me food. Just wanted some information on how to get a refund. No helpful information was given that night. The next day I receive an email from MCD that order was canceled and that I'll receive a refund within 5 days.
