This was my second experience here. Not so great. I brought my son and myself here for a nice ice cream. It was my sons first time and he got the blueberry and custard ( as shown in the photo below ) he took one bite and wasn’t a fan so i asked the girl in the front if they could replace it since he only took one bite. She proceeded to try and charge me for an additional one then caught an attitude when i said that wasn’t right. She then walked into the back where clearly through the window it was seen her and the MG trash talked at the inconvenience. This was all 20 mins after they opened. . . Great start huh? After asking the manager myself they finally replaced it. Not to mention it was clear the opening protocols weren’t followed even though a manager was present. No music on, no paper towels or soap available at station and definitely no welcoming service… nothing. I’ll stick to the original Rita’s from here on it where they are welcoming and offer customer service that’s kind and considerate. Not...
Read moreMy little sister & I decided to have a late night snack before going home. We decided Jeremiah’s was the place to go. We opted for the drive through because we had sandy feet from the beach. I’m giving the experience 3 stars because the food was good-but the service was below standard. The young girls that were working at the drive through window were giving each other faces when I was ordering. They were laughing and very unfriendly. Kinda felt like I was being judged for having an extremely normal order. I then-stupidly- tipped the young girls 3 dollars thinking maybe they were just a little awkward & maybe it was in my head. However, when we drove away my sister who was about their age looked at me & said “wow that was insane.” I know these girls are probably high school age, but I think it’s important to train them on how to be customer service friendly. No smiles, no thank you, just millennial stares as I drove away and said thank you. Probably won’t be returning & will opt for...
Read moreA Southern staple for a reason — Jeremiah’s is known for its refreshing layers of creamy soft-serve and vibrant Italian ice, offering the perfect mix of sweet, icy, and indulgent. It’s a go-to treat on hot Florida days, with endless flavor combos and seasonal favorites that keep people coming back.
We tried the Mango Gelati with popping bubbles — tropical, juicy, and fun with that added burst from the bubbles. Also got the Strawberry Lemon Gelati, perfectly tangy and sweet, and the Key West Paradise — a sunshine-in-a-cup blend of pineapple, mango, banana, passion fruit, and more. A flavor vacation!
The location had a fun open-air setup, almost like a building missing a wall — shaded under an awning, perfect for enjoying a cool breeze with your treat. Staffed by two friendly college-aged workers who moved fast and kept things running smoothly.
Refreshing, affordable, and full of good vibes — Jeremiah’s is...
