Ok so I never have been to a Crumbl but have heard lots of hype about these cookies. As a first time experience I was super under whelmed with my over priced 4 cookies. First the “open” sign was turned off and it was 11:30 AM. I had to looked up the hours and the store actually opened at 8 AM so I proceeded in. Upon walking in there was four employees who were icing the cookies. I immediately noticed one employee who was icing a cookie extremely close to his face. As a health care provider I’m not extremely germ a phobic but this guy was BREATHING on these cookies. I was then asked by someone about my order. An employee did address me and asked if he could help. The first thing I mentioned was my concerned about the employee who was icing the cookie inches away from his face. He proceeded to explain to me that he was “just training”. However, if this person was training, it did not seem like they were going to be throwing these cookies away. I’m not sure why no one stopped him or corrected him. I also noticed that the employee asked if he was doing the cookies correctly and he was assured by others that he was. I noticed other employees who seem to have a healthy distance between their mouth and their airway from the cookie when they were decorating. After placing my order and continuing to observe this employee, I expressed my continued concern that this gentleman was going to continue to decorate cookies this way. I even showed the employee helping the picture that I took, (which is below) of how close this cookie was and how this could be cross-contamination as flu and other respiratory infections are easily passed this way. Again, I was told by the employee that this gentleman is “just training”. If he was just training, why was he never corrected? Would I come back at this location? no! Are the cookies tasty? Sure. Are they overpriced? Sure. It’s a treat that you may consider, however, you may consider a different location in the future since the quality at this facility doesn’t seem to be to a level that is acceptable when you are paying 15+ dollars for four cookies. I expect a higher quality.

I don’t think there’s anything crazy about these cookies but I see with the exclusivity and the variety of cookies every week, it’s exciting to try them out. This week, I got the following cookies: - Chocolate Potato Chip - Dulce de leche - Kentucky batter cake - And the classic milk chocolate chip. A four-pack box is $11.98 but considering the size of these cookies, that’s about $3 for each one. I thought this week wasn’t super unique but I did think they’re innovative and a classic spin to plain cookies. I wish they provided cookies with a wide spectrum from fruity, to savory, to salty each week instead of keeping each theme very similar. Personally, nothing stood out to me except for the dulce de leche. I think the idea of switching flavors every week is cool but just wished they appealed more to the consumers. The chocolate potato chip is great for people who love sweet & salty. It’s well balanced but nothing wowed me about this cookie. Presentation was nice though. The dulce de leche was perfect in the way the flavors were sweet but not overpowering. If there was some crunch to the cookie on top or sea salt sprinkled, it would have tasted even better! The Kentucky batter cake is good for what it is but not creative; it’s sweet and rich so I will give them that. Lastly, the milk chocolate chip is chunky, the perfect amount of chocolate, and humongous. It’s a sugar overload for sure. Overall, I think this place has potential but I would love to come back if they release fruity or tart flavors. It's a sugar overload for sure and overhyped.

I have always enjoyed the great experience at Crumbl Cookies all over Florida. This site was the worst one. When I walked in there were several Customers standing around and I wasn't sure who was waiting to order and who was waiting for their cookies. I wait about one minute and then while the girl is standing at the register I walked up and said can I put in an order or is someone supposed to go ahead of me? She said you can. That was it. She Clearly wasn't happy to be there. Then once I put my order in and was waiting for my cookies I watched several boxes go out before me really sloppy, covered in frosting, And the customer had to close the Box. They would just call your name and leave the Box on the counter opened. Once I finally got my cookies, None of them were served warm and they were extremely sloppy. Hopefully once they get in a good groove this place will become a lot better.

I took my 13 yr old daughter here, first time for us both, not knowing what to expect. We came in half an hour before closing so in my mind I assumed the selection would be just whatever flavors they happened to have not sold out of for the night and even told my daughter to be prepared for them to not have what she wanted and if they didn't since it was so late, that we'd come back earlier the next day. To my surprise the line was out of the door when we pulled up and when we left! They had cookies GALORE. There was no closing time shortage. The line was so long but service was fast! Our cookies were ready in less than 5 minutes from order. My daughter got the strawberries and cream and I got the chocolate cake. My only complaint was they were out of milk so I pulled next door to Target and grabbed a small milk to go with my cookie. My daughter got their water and she actually said it tasted great being that it was just water. Our cookies were so good. My daughter's was served chilled, mine was served warm. Incredible taste. The size of these cookies is something else, I had no idea they were that huge!! I ate about half and saved the other half for the next day. We are so please with our visit and plan to come again to try more flavors! Safe to say...
