I didn't realize you can't have your sandwich your way with how much they charge. I was recently introduced to this place and have been by several times in a couple weeks myself. I ordered what was on the menu the way it was offered and good with it since I'm not picky. Told my daughter positive things about here and she was happy to try it. My daughter ordered an Italian sub but wanted it warmed which I suggested the meat on the grill for a minute or in a microwave for a minute for her. She was told by the lady behind the counter slicing meat that hot sandwiches are hot and cold sandwiches are cold, so that's not gonna happen. So we left and went to Firehouse Subs which was very happy to accommodate my daughter on her request. Didn't think that would be difficult request for a supposed real sub sandwich place. Guess if it's not printed on the board it's not allowed even for children. Please let management know that simple customer request not printed on the board could be a profitable venture and make kids and their parents happy to come back...

I didn’t notice any weird taste with the sandwich but ended up with food poisoning several hours later. I was up all night throwing up and 💩. Stomach cramping all night. Body was still dry heaving this morning. I’m super weak and dehydrated still and occasionally get stomach cramps since there’s so much inflammation from the sandwich. I called today to make the manager aware and he denied it was even possible to get food poisoning since the meat arrives frozen. He didn’t apologize and just said I am probably sensitive to the bread and gluten free. I eat bread all the time and have never had a reaction. Read moreThis location stole my money and canceled my order. I have given them 3 weeks to rectify the situation, and have spoken to the regional manager. I will continue to frequent Jersey Mike's locations not owned by Drew Maider. I requested to have him contact me, but that is not an option. The employee at their store clearly told me that she personally canceled my order. The managers claim that the delivery company did and that is where the fraud lies. However, when I called the store, the employee that answered told me my name, the order, and the delivery location. She continued to state "oh, I am the one that canceled that because our store isn't on Park street." Park street was the address for delivery. The tip and full amount of my order was still charged.
