A Perfect Dining Experience at Maggiano's
From the moment we walked into Maggiano's Little Italy, it was clear we were in for a special evening. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and has an authentic Italian charm. Dim lighting, elegant decor, and a cozy atmosphere create the perfect setting for a memorable meal.
Service: The service was top-notch! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering. She offered great recommendations, checked in on us at just the right times, and genuinely seemed to care about our experience. We never felt rushed and felt warmly welcomed from start to finish.
Food: The food was absolutely phenomenal! The freshly baked bread with herb-infused olive oil was the perfect way to start. Our table ordered a variety of dishes, and each was flavorful, beautifully presented, and arrived at the perfect temperature.
For appetizers, the Stuffed Mushrooms and Bruschetta were packed with flavor. The mushrooms were rich and savory, and the bruschetta was fresh and perfectly seasoned.
The main courses exceeded expectations. The Chicken Parmesan was crispy yet tender, with just the right amount of marinara and melted cheese. The Rigatoni "D" was creamy, with bold flavors that balanced perfectly. Each pasta dish felt like it was crafted with care, and the portions were generous.
And dessert! We finished off with their iconic Tiramisu, which was light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. It was the perfect end to a fantastic meal.
Portion Sizes: Maggiano's doesn’t skimp on portions. We loved that we had leftovers to enjoy the next day. Their "Today & Tomorrow" option, where you get a second pasta to take home, is a brilliant touch that adds even more value.
Value for Money: Considering the quality, quantity, and overall experience, Maggiano's offers incredible value. This is an ideal spot for a celebration, family gathering, or just a quality Italian meal.
Overall Experience: I can't recommend Maggiano's Little Italy enough. With impeccable service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. It's a place that captures the spirit of Italian dining and is worth every penny. We left with full hearts, full bellies, and a plan to...
Read moreI would like to start by saying that this place was one of my favorite restaurants. But yesterday, September 8, an unpleasant incident occurred that may be my fault and carelessness, but I thought I was in a safe place. Yesterday around 4:30 in the afternoon I arrived at the restaurant and went with my children straight to the bathroom and it was the family bathroom, unfortunately or fortunately for me, I accidentally forgot my bag near the sink. I left and went to get my table and they agreed very quickly because there weren't that many people there. About 20 minutes passed since I got to my table and I noticed that my bag was not with me. I ran to the bathroom and it was not there... I went to the girls at the entrance and told them what happened... they told me if they had given my bag to the manager... who arrived and told me that she was going to get the bag from her office. It took her a few minutes and she came back with my bag... which I appreciated but inside they had already stolen $500 dollars from me, which people are not there to know about but I had cash which was going to be deposited to make the payments on my bills. The manager told me that there were no cameras inside, which surprised me very much since for a very busy and prestigious restaurant not having cameras is unusual. I clarify that I had more cash and it is super strange that they only steal a part and not everything... that could have been easier for the THIEF steal everything and leave nothing behind... but hey, each head is a world in itself. Anyway, I appreciate that you returned my bag and my IDs. I couldn't identify who took my bag and I'll never know. A report was filed with the police but there is not much that can be done, there are no cameras. Dear Sirs,
I am writing to warn you about a possible security risk at the venue. To my knowledge, the venue does not have security cameras and the belongings of the attendees could be at risk.
I recommend that you take the necessary precautions to protect your belongings and avoid any...
Read moreParking was really bad, we had to park in a whole different parkinglot and walk 5 minutes just to get to the restaurant. When we got there, they kept moving us from table to table even after we had bread sat down on the table, which was annoying because they had oil and soy sauce on a little tiny plate that spilled easy. I had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was the second worst plate of pasta I've ever had, only predicted by my aunt's spaghetti which was a plate of salt. The chicken was tiny little saucers of boiled nothingness, they tasted like water and game and it was immediately horrible. I tried just eating the pasta and I don't know how but they managed to make Alfredo sour. I don't know if they poured a whole bottle of vinegar into the sauce or what but it got progressively more horrific the more I ate, it was so bitter and sour that I started getting a headache and had to go sit in the bathroom. The person I was eating with reported to me that their food (shrimp fettuccine alfredo) tasted like soap, and half the shrimp still had their tails on. I don't eat seafood, but apparently that's a bad thing. Their water tasted like soap, and as my ice melted I discovered mine did too. The restaurant was freezing, my food was ice cold within 15 minutes which is not something you want from an Italian restaurant, I have no idea what the AC was set on to make it colder than outside. The bathroom was gross, there was random rolls of toilet paper on the floor and I had to push the door up to be able to shove the lock in it's socket. I paid $26 for cold, soapy, alkaline, unseasoned, sour chicken Alfredo and another $30 for soapy gross shrimp Alfredo. I feel bad that I even ate there, I should've just went to McDonald's and had 3x that amount of food for $10 cheaper, with better quality. Don't go here, god bless Edit: server was great, shout out...
