McDonald's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I want to main street location1st...they were having a stand still in drive thru, both lanes...the wait had people leaving to finally include myself. I was thinking of going into the lobby to see if that would be faster. I'm glad I didn't bother...watched a young lady walk up and the door was locked...before 7:00p.m., really. So I come to your 1st street location. Flowing nice everything was going good in drive thru. After paying, at the next window, I encountered a young lady who was just standing there waiting on something. She looked at me and asked me if I was the one with the chicken nuggets and mcflurry. I told her yes, and a large fry. She handed me the bag and was trying to put my mcflurry in my other hand. It almost ended up on the ground. It was way too soft and in a cardboard container now. It was messy and leaked all over my truck. There were no napkins in the bag so that I could wrap something around it. Obviously it had probably been made before the rest of my order. (By the way, whomever came up with this new way of serving a McCurry in cardboard, open, has got to be crazy. This is NOT a great idea!!!). Anyway, I get home and start pulling my good out of the bag and guess what....they forgot to put my hot mustard in the bag. I was thoroughly pissed. It cost me $20.03 and I don't get my sauce, and I have a mess in my truck from the leaky mcflurry. With the young lady at the window just standing there doing nothing, she should have been making sure my sauce and my entire order were correct. Spent way too much on this food and this is what I got to deal with. I will not be going to McDonalds anymore. I'm officially done. Everyone's prices keep going up. If the quality of my food AND the quality of my service is not where it should be than I will just choose to spend my money elsewhere. You want loyal customers, try to have some loyal, caring, and want to actually work...

Walking into this establishment is always a treat, walked in this evening to the guy at the counter yelling back for two cookies then proceeded to take other oders including mine, after about 5 min he yelled back again asking where the two cookies had gone to which the cooks declined knowing about them so he stated yet again that he needed two cookies. After receiving my food i sat down to eat and watch the show for yet again he had to yell back for two cookies and no one knew where they were, some time passed and eventually the cookies showed up along with a sundae. The already agitated customer drops everything immediately on the floor and begins to throw a tantrum and ice cream at the wall, to wich a gentleman emerges out of the shadows and claims his hamburger he has been waiting for 30 min. He then displays he feelings towards the establishment and its crew and gets "positive" comments from the crew. The manager then decides to announce that they will be shutting the restaurant down in 6 min to "install new equipment" it was at this point i left almost stepping on the two cookies and ice cream still on the floor. This mcdonalds never dissapoints for an entertainment...

I come to this McDonald’s every morning, and normally feel like the morning crew has an attitude and that I’m being rushed. But my order usually correct, so I typically let it slide. This morning I got to the first window and the manager was on the register. She read my order out to me, and when I tried to tell her it was incorrect and correct it, she rolled her eyes and said yea, that’s what I said and swiped my card. Reviewing the receipt, when I got to the second window I tried to explain to the young lady that I didn’t order decaf and that the pie on the receipt was wrong. She had a horrible attitude, yelled at me that my order was indeed correct, and rushed me away from the window. I was on the phone and in a rush, so I checked my order when I got home. Not only was it completely wrong, I was also over charged. I immediately returned the entire order and requested a full refund. This was totally avoidable and a waste of time and food. The morning crew are terrible to deal with outside of a very select few, and I won’t be back to this McDonalds again for sure. I may also stop going to all McDonalds all together, that is how truly upsetting...
