I was a customer at Brynn Marr Jewelers and worked directly with the owner. We brought in my engagement ring solitaire and my husband wanted to have a new ring made for our 10 year anniversary. This was supposed to be an awesome experience for us. (Something that we looked forward to). We also brought in a diamond solitaire necklace that had belonged to my mother who passed away long ago. I wanted to add the diamond from the necklace to the new ring to add so much more meaning to the ring, if that was possible and to have it really be a family air loom. The owner at Brynn Marr had a different idea in his head and to start he was trying to guide us another way but as we worked with him and things went on he did not listen to me. After he was not understanding me I looked on google for hours and printed out a picture of exactly what I wanted. He had the ring from the picture made but talked me out of using the diamond of my Moms in the ring. When I went in to try on the mold of the ring the owner was very rude and proceeded to tell me how dry my hands were and he just sucked all the joy out of it. When my husband actually went to pick up the ring, the ring was the ring that I had wanted only without my Moms diamond from her necklace. My husband was so happy the ring actually turned out after the horrible experience that he brought it right to me to give it to me….but he forgot to get my Moms diamond back. On another day my husband returned to Brynn Marr and asked for my Moms necklace back that the owner had talked us into not using in the ring and the owner told my husband that we had sold him the diamond and that he had taken it off the price of the ring. We had sold him a diamond watch but had never intended to sell him my Moms diamond necklace. It was his idea actually to have the necklace made into an ear ring and get another to match someday. Never any intention of just selling it to him. Also we never saw any kind of price reduction on my ring that would have reflected that we sold it to him. I feel as though I was robbed. I am leaving this feedback now because I love my ring and it is just what I wanted but every time I look at it I wish I had my mother’s diamond in it and I wish I had anyone else on earth make it but Brynn Marr Jewelers. Unless they have changed owners in the last couple of years I would never recommend that anyone go there...

Brought in a Stoic signet ring on 6 Mar 24 for resizing and waited until my turn to be helped, as there was another customer being helped. A soon-to-be bride walked in and was immediately helped while I stood there walking around and waiting. That was the first red flag.

When I was finally helped, the man acted as if my ring was unimportant and a waste of his time to bother with. The snide remark of "if it's even real" should have been the final straw for me to take my jewelry elsewhere, but I didn't. He immediately told me that they were busy and he wouldn't get to my ring for probably 7-10 days, and that they would call me when it was done. That was the third red flag, but I still decided to leave my ring.

I didn't get a call within that timeframe. I ended up calling them at the end of March because I had still not received a return call on its status, and they hadn't even gotten to my ring yet. I told them if they weren't going to do it, I would just take it elsewhere. I got a call a day later that they would start working on it. I was able to pick it up on 3 April. It was sized properly.

The customer service I received is why they received only star. I'm big on providing quality customer service and they did not here. It was poor and unsat. If you want a relaxed experience shopping for the perfect ring then this is where you need to go! I absolutely loved my experience with Brynn Marr Jewelers. My boyfriend and I visited a few places before coming here and they were like badgers trying to force rings on us outside our price range. From the minute we walked into Brynn's they made us feel at ease. When I showed them a photo of what I was looking for they immediately started looking for it and others similar to it to show me. Even though Lisa was not there she was calling her husband, who was helping us, giving suggestions of where to find what I wanted. They went above and beyond my expectations dealing with a jeweler. That afternoon I received a phone call from Savannah that they found my ring, ordered it and something similar, as well as a diamond (all within our price range). We went in two days later, saw a band they picked and a diamond (so beautiful) and that was it, they made the perfect ring.
