Today was probably the worst customer service experience we had at this Starbucks. Normally on sundays or Saturdays we go to this particular target to enjoy a Starbucks coffee and shop. They normally are understaff and takes a while. But, they are generally super nice or just welcoming. I’m not talking over the top nice, or even remember who we are. Just nice. Today- on May 26th, around 9:55am they lady working behind the counter- with no customers when we walked up- clearly was either having a bad day- or just a rude person in general. I greeted her with a friendly “hello!” To which she responded with a dirty look and kept flipping through some laminated menu or items forms. Clearly I was interrupting- but wanted to let her know we where nice people. So she comes up to the register “how can I help you” slightly angry tone. We ordered. Didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt just walks away. Ok-cool. She breaks something causing to scream something while making my coffee. A target manager then is talking to a lady in the corner of the store who works at the deli and she’s mad as well and tells him shes on a 30. He replies “no ones in the deli!” This for some reason makes our barista angrier. She gets on a walkie and says something. Then as another way our barista to shows us she’s annoyed with our presence she doesn’t tell me our drink is done - slams it on the counter with just saying “mocha” and places it out of reach next to the machine she apparently broke. Look- I have bad days to and trust me, it’s bad but our customers don’t need to see it And a place like Starbucks doesn’t need to have anyone have this kind of experience. I recommend coming here when I guess when they are staffed appropriately, I don’t really know. We won’t be coming back...
Read moreI ordered a mocha. The girl working offered skinny mocha as that's all that was available. I didn't know what the term skinny meant. I asked, she repeated that it was skinny as if that clarified better than the first time she said it. I explained that I didn't know what skinny meant and again, she repeated that it was skinny, that's what she had and asked with attitude if I still wanted it. Realizing I was getting no where, I tried asking again if skinny meant low fat, low calorie, sugar free...? She chose low fat. Low fat is fine, thank you. I leave and take a sip in my car. I taste artificial sweetener and ask a friend that drinks Starbucks often and she tells me it does use artificial sweetener in the skinny. I'm allergic. Luckily I only had a small sip and could tell right away before making myself sick. Fortunately, I'm a very level headed person and decided to write a politely bad review and will avoid going ever again to the one in Target. She shouldn't work there with her terrible attitude and lack of knowledge...
Read moreI love target and I love Starbucks- it is just convenient. Was getting my regular order to go home and study for a test. Told the barista about it- she suggested blonde expresso shots in my venti iced white chocolate mocha instead of the regular. They have more caffeine in them and a little better taste. I tried it as I didn’t even know they existed before this and I get it every time now. Does seem to have a little extra jolt to it. For a full time student, this is a necessity! Super friendly staff and...
