The Avenues — Local services in Jacksonville

My recent experience at The Avenues Mall left me deeply disappointed with both the staff training and overall management. After my child was nearly hit by the mall train—whose operator chose to yell and blame rather than act cautiously and professionally—I tried to voice my concerns to management. Unfortunately, the office was unattended, the listed contact number was unreachable, and my voicemail to the manager went unanswered. This shows a lack of safety protocols for families and poor accountability at the management level.
