The absolute worse experience with any restaurant in general of my life. We ordered four subs that were all four wrong. We called the subway when we got to our home. One of the issues was my sub only about 6 inches of the sub had cheese. We ordered and paid for extra cheese and the young man told us that he ran out of cheese. Didn’t tell us when we picked them up. My sub was also missing the double meat and all four subs had all in vinegar, which none were applied. Two of the other three subs had no cheese on them. Each sub was missing more than one item, and two of the subs had the wrong bread. When we called up there, the kids said that we could come back the next day, and they would remake our order. I offered to bring the subs back up there which he declined and told us we didn’t have to. Fast-forward to the next day. We called up there and the young lady that answered told us to head up there to get them and she would make them. When we pulled up to the location, she called and said that her district manager said that we had to bring the original subs back. I explained to them that I offered that and now it is the next day. They refused to make them and had us drive back up there and wait as she said that she was calling her district manager and she never answered. She said that she contacted the owner and the owner would call us back. That didn’t happen. I called up there the next morning and talk to the district manager. She made a wild accusation saying that we have brought three different orders back to have them remade in the past, which is not true. And the only thing she said to me was “ you guys keep claiming that subs are made wrong” I explained to her that I have never complained about subs from any subway, nor have I ever asked for mine to be remade. She said that she has receipts that show which I don’t even know what that means. She then said point-blank we are not remaking your subs. I have never had a business be so rude, and not only not give us what we paid for but also having us spend an hour and a half to come up there and then tell us that they’re not gonna remake our subs. Read moreTerrible experience! Customer service second to none with total disrespect, lack of courtesy and a general displeasure with being a subway employee. I felt like I had to fight for my sandwich to have a normal amount of ingredients and our sandwiches still looked like a 2 year old threw them together with a couplr pieces of lettuce. I get having a hard day, but this is the 3rd time coming to this location to be aggravated and displeased with the same employee! She conveniently did not have her name tag on and Im surprised she's still there. The place was filthy, the workers seemed bothered i walked in and interrupted their conversation. Read moreI went in to order a cheese pizza before heading to work. The price on the menu said $5.39 and the price I was charged was $5.89. When I brought this up to an employee named Angel she offered no help to correct the price. Then when I informed her that I'm a local guide and I'd be putting this in the review she with a snarky remark said "go ahead". Guess she thought I was joking.
This location is falsely advertising prices and offering absolutely no service to attempt to correct it. Just nothing but bad attitudes from staff.
