Been here several times in the past. I plan to go to another from now on. Last night was it. I got there around 10:30 pm. I saw several cars driving straight through the drive thru lane and into the McDonald's across the street, a competitor. I thought to myself, "Oh their 'system' must be 'restarting' again."
Obviously, this is a regular occurrence for me. I didn't even get the decency of a false excuse this time. Which is fine. I knew they were lying the first time this happened. The second. The third. The 20th. I work in the food industry and it just doesn't make sense to "restart" a system 2.5 hours before you close. Especially, if it takes a half an hour (the time I was once quoted).
One time, maybe the 3rd or 4th, I was already pretty irritated. I had a long day at work, 14 hours, and barely had time to eat more than random things here and there. Mostly consisting of food brought back to the kitchen. I was told I couldn't order because the same nonsense system excuse as before. So I drove on through, like always. About a half a mile down the road I said, "Nah, f*ck this."
I gave them a call and asked whether or not I was able to order food at this time. Whoever answered the phone told me yes. I get to the order box and was met, once again, with the same lame excuse. "Oh really?", I asked. "That's not what I was told a minute ago on the phone." They reluctantly complied after that.
Long story long, I'll officially be taking my business elsewhere. I eat out 5 nights a week, since I normally get out of work a little later. I'm a fatter dude, so I eat quite a bit and I don't buy the cheap(er) stuff.
This location has missed out on $100s worth of my money and apparently, quite a bit from others, as well. I'm not sure what kind of company can see all of these negative reviews, all containing similar content, and refuse to correct the issue.
The only explanations I can think of are: it must be complete anarchy within the restaurant, management is in on this farce, or this sort of sh*t is encouraged by store policy. You're driving people to your competition.
If this is a franchise, corporate should revoke said franchise. You're either weak and unable to stand up to your employees, ignorant of the goings on within your restaurant, or merely not concerned with guest...
Read moreWhen I got there, there were two employees laying down outside. I waited 5 minutes at the intercom. Finally, I pulled forward. I then called the phone number and two managers came to the window. The only manager said I'd have to pull around even though there were now 2 other cars waiting, and I said I'd fillmore the survey then. She said she couldn't take my order with the window open.because they'd been robbed in the past. She explained this with the window open! I said I'd pull around. I took a picture of the front door where an employee was still laying down smoking. He actually was cool when he asked me why I took a picture. I told him in planned to complain against the manager, and he said she is horrible, and would tell the head manager for me. I ordered at the window and when I pulled around, she was chatting with the car in front of me for like 5 minutes. When I got there, she refused me service and yelled at me, saying I thought I'm better than her and would get her fired. She also explained that it's illegal to take pictures and why did I keep taking pictures when the employee "on break" asked me to stop. I said he never asked that and I only took 1 photo, and we actually talked and he was pretty cool. She refused me service sonincould not fill out a survey. So here is my survey!
Oddly, a random car followed me and even changed lanes with me halfway to my home, and kept on until I'd called the police. Creepy!

Read morePrice's posted on the menu in the dining room are not correct. I ordered the steak power bowl which was listed on the menu for 4.29 + tax. But my card was charged like 6.63 or something like that, I also was not given a receipt. Very unprofessional to change your prices and not thoroughly updating your menu boards inside and out. Total fail. However when I pointed out the difference the manager or whatever she was quickly refunded my card , I just expected to be charged what the sign said. She was very nice and quick to make what she felt was a solution to the situation. I for one am not happy with fast food companies focusing on being drive-thru only restaurants through this pandemic per 90% of the time when I want to use a fast food restaurant I have a large truck for work that cannot go through the drive-thrus so fast food will start losing my business if they don't start focusing on the interior business this is just a prime example they didn't change their menu boards on the inside cuz they don't seem to care about the people that come into the interior restaurant you have to keep focused on all aspects of your business or you will go by the wayside like the other businesses that will fail coming out of...
