I absolutely love the crew that worked the night I was there, Jan 31, 2024. I have had a lot going on with my elderly parents and went out for some beverages to relax a bit. Knowing Wendy's closes at 1 we headed to the truck and we were just across a large parking lot. With plenty of time, we sat there and talked to each other then realized we had 2 mins to get across the lot. We made it as the outside lights were turning off. The drive through speaker tells us they are closed but I decided to pull up to the window anyway. An employee came and apologized they were closed. I pleaded with him cuz I was hangry! He got his manager, I pleaded with her and she said she couldn't so I begged a bit more. She said hang on and asked her workers if they minded they said it was fine and she wanted to know my order. I was overly excited but keep in mind I was overly intoxicated also. With all the grief going on in my life, I needed that. It was just a salad and a burger but the best dam salad and burger I've ever had!!!!! So thank you to the pink-haired manager who took the extra time to make us happy! Read moreover the course of many decades, I have ate at Wendy's on a regular basis. As the pandemic got out of hand, the dine-in was locked so I visited other chains. Since they have now unlocked their doors, it is the same store as I remember but I see changes. The pop fountain machines are out of carbonation, the refrigeration is out on one and the other doesn't dispense ice. it seems like in the span of the year the lobby was closed, nothing was serviced or maintained. I get that. I have ate 3 meals here. the fries were soggy and cold and my sandwich was warm. I'm not a complainer so I just moved on. I have gotten a few people that have had similar experiences here and I'm not sure what is going on. I can understand it happening every now and again as the newbies come in but this isn't the consistency that I grew up with. I'm not sure if anything will be done but I wanted to at least express my concern as this store was one of the best franchises...

This Wendy’s and the manager Josh today on 3/14/21 at approximately 12:30pm became hostile towards my husband because he simply asked the staff to make it right.
