Arby's — Restaurant in Jamestown

Stopped here tonight to pick up supper, ordered two turkey sandwiches with the brown sugar bacon, neither one had bacon, they where so soggy you couldn’t even pick them up, when I called the store to complain to the mgr. she told me it was because of the turkey. Get real. So soggy that the bun stuck to the bottom of the box, also ordered a Gyro which was placed in the bag upside down so the sauce ran all over, had also ordered chicken nuggets, curly fries, and jalapeño poppers, which was all shoved into one bag and wouldn’t stay closed. The few curly fries we got were placed on top of the chicken nuggets. Had gone thru the drive up as the lobby was not open due to shortage of employees, the gal at the window was less then friendly, ran my card and then told me to pull ahead, without a smile or anything, had also stopped here last week and waited twenty minutes for my order, the food was good, but to much talking going on. Needless to say won’t be going here anytime...

Last visit to this location did not go well. Forgot the pizza slider that was ordered; no it wasn't even that busy on the drive-through. When fiancé went to take a drink of his diet lemonade it did not meet expectations. I hate lemonade and this tasted like water with a dash of lemon added - I could equate it to lemon flavored water. I could have drank it! The jalapeno poppers were smaller than usual. This I can understand is due to the season.

Too many times my order gets messed up. This time the manager was lacking his people skills. Ignoring my fiancé for 4 orders, adjusting his mask and fiddling with other things before acknowledging anyone was even standing at the counter. Again, not very busy; had they been busy I could understand a few things...But that was not even a factor for the service this last go around.

Adjusted from 4 Star to a 2 Star...and that's...

Update: I had to drive there with two broken ribs. Noone would talk to me except Jacob..He should be a Manager! He even purchased my sandwich I was distraught and so much pain. Xavier told me he didn't want to talk to me at all because of my review. Well, Xavier, be more caring like Jacob instead of passing me around to the other horrible manager. As I was going through everything, crying... another customer walked up to the counter with complaints. It's not just me...and noone was there when I arrived.

Very rude Managers (2 of them) because they have Ham and Swiss but I have two broken ribs and uber eats said they have to remove the sold out tag and they told me to drive there for it. They don't even show it on Doordash...I can't drive right now. Will never buy from those obnoxious...
