I have enjoyed the food so far ,I love Jimmy johns sub bread ,it has been fast for my orders so far , only problem i ran into is the driver was mad I didn't have a tip I explained I didn't have cash because I don't and could I tip on app which I guess you can't once order is delivered ,so I called in to give him what I had left on my card ,I understand times are hard and gas costs I used to deliver but I never asked for tips because I know people are struggling, im disabled with very low income and don't get to dine out so I love having one of my favorite restaurants delivered to me, please everyone keep in mind alot of us don't have extra money ,and since I been a long term patient with covid and other illnesses it has been very hard on me I do what I can because I do appreciate what delivery drivers do for us who don't have a car or in a tough situation maybe even ill or disabled, however I understand the strain on employees during this crazy pandemic and gas prices ,risking themselves when working with the public ,kindness goes a long way I wish everyone could be kinder to each other ,but usually many of the restaurants here in Janesville are rude and don't care and I have seen alot of poor customer service, I hope Jimmy johns treats their customers good and get rid of any employees that are disrespectful or rude and not caring about a customers concerns or safety ,your attitude speaks for the company ,when your employees are rude or not caring it causes the company to look bad and I have seen many places closed down from that ,I am hoping the best for the Jimmy johns locations here near me because I do love...
Read moreI was going to thank the staff for their quick thinking and thoughtfulness when making a carry out box out of a box they had in back. But after opening my sandwich with a mobile order and seeing that the avo spread and extra turkey I had already paid for was missing. And being allergic to dairy, I asked for no cheese but alas there in fact was cheese. Kaitlyn the assistant manager was less than helpful and attempted to brag about her position in the company so I did not call back a different day to see if anyone else could help me since Kaitlyn would not. After a 8min phone call, I finally got Kaitlyn to agree to remake the sandwich with the stipulation that I bring in the sandwich that was made wrong. When I brought the wrong sandwich in, the guy behind the counter who was remaking the sandwich said I could just toss the sandwich. Kaitlyn said on the phone she would personally remake the sandwich, she did not. Needless to say, my family and I will not be visiting that location again in the future. Everyone working there is genuinely cool and chill except for this one lady, couldn’t find her name tag anywhere. Who’s the chick with the hair pulled back, nose ring and glasses? Hasn’t been my first time I’ve seen her attitude towards guests, she made me feel like a complete burden coming in when it wasn’t busy and she took my order, I couldn’t even give her eye contact since I was so uncomfortable. Was afraid to order anything else just in case it’d make her day worse somehow. I understand working fast food is never fun so still try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but…at some point things need to be said and addressed.
Sorry can no longer be nice about this issue since I’ve been emotional from losing my grandma just the other day. Hope something gets resolved...
