UPDATE: A year after the fiasco described below decided to give Johnny's Pizza another chance only to discover orders from my address are banned.
Worst service. Ordered one pizza for delivery. Waited over 2 hours, no pizza arrived. Called and was told by the girl answering the phone the staff at Johnny's Pizza was frustrated with deliveries and made remarks about my ordering online as if ordering online is the reason for late delivery as well as I should not believe the delivery time on the order confirmation email. I commented to her the customers were also frustrated by having to wait hours and hours for delivery. She claimed she'd checked and pizza was on the way then said it was leaving the store right then so obviously staff had no idea where our delivery order was. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, called back and demanded a refund as no pizza delivered. That's not the end of the story. Manager had the nerve to call back 30 minutes later to tell me the pizza was delivered per the delivery driver. Problem with that story is I have three dogs who bark at anything and everything, especially when someone steps onto my porch. Dogs never barked and I'd been out to my car several times while waiting 3 hours for the pizza - no pizza. Four hours later I went out to walk my dogs and found the pizza - very cold, looked like it had been tossed around, folded...
Read moreI think this is the best Johnny's in the area. The food is always perfect and the staff is awesome. I had only ever experienced the location in Woodstock, Towne Lake and it's a total 180! Thanks for being awesome. Keep up the good food.

Within the past two months, we have ordered delivery twice. BOTH times, we verbally requested to the person taking our order that the delivery driver bring change. Both times, same driver, says he doesn't have change. So we ended up tipping $15 on a $25 bill.
In addition, the second time, there was quite literally TWO pieces of steak on our subs. It was all bread and cheese. Absolutely awful. We didn't even eat the food.

Jessica not only comped their food and apologized but the customer threw their food across the patio afterwards, yelling and screaming making a huge scene that Jessica had to clean up afterwards... From what we saw, Jessica tried in every way to fix a mistake she was not to blame for. We had great service from Jessica that night even after everything that happened. Some customers can't be satisfied no matter what you do. People are human and mess up whether it was Jessica or the kitchen. The kitchen staff could've easily been to blame and be the liar. There's no way to know for a fact. But I know our service was wonderful from Jessica. The problem I saw was with the manager, a manager never came to that customers table, in every restaurant I've ever been to where there was a problem, even McDonalds, a manager comes to our table to apologize and explain the situation, this never happened that night with those customers. The waitress was left to deal with these disgruntled customers on her own. Step it up managers....
