Place took my order online and charge my account and did not receive any food. When I I called this place, no one answered I called 13 times and also try to connect with someone on the online website. No one reached back out to me for two hours after two hours. Someone finally reached back out to me and said that my order was placed and I’ll be able to pick it up this person, then placed me on hold and said that I’m not able to get my order and my car is not gonna be charged, and when I proceeded to ask for information on when the money would be refunded back to my car. This person then hung up in my face next I’ll call the person back and then they finally pick up after two tries to say basically that I’m calling too much and they have too much going on and to stop calling. They even sent me a message that said text or send a voicemail . This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any catering restaurant I really look forward to getting food from this place because I tried it before at work and it was really great so I really look forward forward to trying this so this experience was a zero out of 1000 and I would not. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated with respect I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their money or their time because I drove 40 minutes to this place location the first place it was close nobody I ask people on the street nobody even heard of this place so I go to the next location.
