My best friend when in at 1 pm today to place an order. When he came in he asked if they were hiring? The manager on duty replied no. Then he continued to look at the menu to decide what he wanted to order. The manger asked did he want to order something and he couldn’t just stand in the restaurant. He walked to the register to figure out the menu. She continued to rush him. And kept asking him to leave. He was so confused by the poor customer service and open racism. That he left without ordering a thing. I was in Mr. Submarine ordering me something to eat when he entered and told me of the mangers questionable behavior. We both returned to the restaurant where I politely let her know that because someone asked u for employment doesn’t mean that there loitering. And he was having trouble choosing what he wanted and a recommendation would have been a better choice then kicking him out. The manager was mad face frowned up and visibly annoyed. We place an order for a pizza and a cookie . Which came out to almost 50 dollars. That was it for me. Because we questioned her behavior no promotions were suggested no help at all to the customer because we were black and she desided that we weren’t worth anymore effort from the looks she was giving us. Read moreCareful ordering online! I was told they do not issue refunds on orders ever. Calling right after placing an order online they put me on hold made me wait then told me my order wasn't there. I looked it up immediately after finding the confirmation called and then I explained that I needed to cancel to reorder and apply a discount. I explained that I called previously and he replied "who did you talk to!?" I didn't know the guys name, he then insisted on me picking it up because it was ready at this point. After being given the run around, implying I didn't talk to anyone previously, probably the same person, and refusing the cancelation I ended up paying double what I usually pay for the same amount of food. I understand if you are desperate for business to insist an overpriced pizza, however don't force people to pay for a pizza when the customer does their best to fix the mistake by calling immediately after. After arriving to pick it up I asked him if they ever place refunds/cancelations and he replied and I quote "never". I've been a long time dominos loyal customer and have fixed many of their mistakes at different locations and I've been given explanations and been accommodated including cancelation/refunds. Last night, around 9 pm, I’ve order 2 medium pizzas. Total was $26 and when I’ve asked why so much, since when I order online, I pay only $19 with the delivery included. Person that took my order said that they don’t have those kind of promotions in the store and she has no idea what I’m talking about. That was first comment in a snotty voice. Then after waiting for 35 min, I walked to the counter and asked if my pizza was ready. She said yes it is. So I asked, why they didn’t call me and reply I’ve received: “you saw that it was ready” and her and another employee started to laugh looking at each other. Very unprofessional and very upsetting!
