I have become a huge fan of Dunkin recently and usually go to the one closest to home, but at times I come to this location and let me tell you... the service is not great. I have given them many chances, but every single time I come to this location I feel ignored. They never pay attention to me or take my order even after I've patiently waited at the register for 5+ minutes. Today, I ordered inside instead of on the app and the cashier repeated my order more than 5 times, yet still gave me the wrong drink. The manager then came up to me and said "do you just want this drink because he already made it and it will go to waste" I replied by saying "sure" not knowing that she intended to just give me the wrong drink and was not offering that drink (like Starbucks usually does when they make the wrong drink) and still make my correct drink. She then seemed frustrated that I was still waiting and asked what I was waiting for, which I replied "my drink". She then said "You have to pay for that" and I said "No, I paid for my drink". She pointed at the mistaken drink and claimed that she had explained to me that the mistaken drink was the one (drink) and I told her "no I want my correct order. I do not want this one. I thought you were just giving this since it was made already". There was a miscommunication on my part in regards to assuming she would make my correct order on top of giving me a drink that I did not order, I agree, but she could have actually explained to me what she was trying to do rather than just handing me a drink and saying to take it since it was going to waste, and not intending to make my correct drink at all. She never mentioned I would be getting the mistaken drink instead of the drink I actually ordered since they would no longer be making it. I am frustrated with this location. They ALWAYS pay more attention to their drive thru rather than their customers in person. They look at you several times and just walk past you. Even when I've ordered through the app here, it either takes more than 15 minutes to get a drink or I have to wait even longer to get anyone to ask me what is my number/name for pickup. I'm fine with getting wrongs orders and getting mistaken drinks, etc., but I am not fine with ignorance and TERRIBLE customer service. If they're understaffed, please hire more people because this is ridiculous.
I have so many other experiences that I can talk about with this location, but I've chosen to talk about one. See, I've worked in the industry before, so I completely have compassion and patience with the service industry. This Dunkin location is just the worst...

Today is definitely the last time i purchase from this location! I waited long enough to get my order taken at the drive thru. Just to order 2 long johns. One vanilla. One chocolate. To my surprise there were no cars in front of me. When i pulled up i still waited for the guy to charge me as i stared at him and 2 other lady employees just standing there talking. I peaked inside the window to see there where no costumers in front either. So the guy charges me finally and then asks what was my order? Wait. So you just charged me and you dont know what my order was? I waited all that time to order just so i come up here and repeat my order again even though you just charged me? So i tell him Again that i wanted a vanilla and chocolate long John. He gives me the dirtiest look and turns around and comes back with my order which i check and see he gives me 2 round vanilla donuts. I say excuse me this is not what i asked for. So Again i repeat my order and he goes back and comes back with 2 vanilla long johns. So AGAIN i tell him . Sorry but i asked for a vanilla and a chocolate Not 2 vanilla? At this point hes giving me mad attitude and so are the other 2 ladies standing by the counter. Im sorry did i interupt your Gossip? The guy then comes back and hands me my bag which i check again just to find that the chocolate long John was all sqashed like if he had squeezed it on purpose. I drove off as soon as i could before i threw the donuts back in his stupid face for doing all of that over nothing? I was just trying to get my 4 and 1 year old their donuts as they were patiently waiting through all this nonesense. Read moreHad the worst experience last week when I placed a mobile order. First it took 10 min just to get to the drive thru intercom. Followed by an additional 10 min to get to the window. When I got to the intercom, I said I had a mobile order and tried to explain I accidentally put it for walk-in but was cut off by yelling from the worker who couldn’t find the order. After her getting frustrated, she yelled at me to go to the window. When I got to the window she continued speaking to me in a rude tone and told me to show her the order. I handed her my phone to show her and she got frustrated because she couldn’t find the order on her end. I just wanted coffee and told her if I could just reorder the coffee instead and didn't mind paying for it because I really wanted coffee. She yelled at me to just come inside instead and told her that I could not because I had my dog with me and she saw that. Since she refused to help me at the window, i left because I had to go. Very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. What makes it worst is that when I opened the app after I left, it accidentally reordered the previous order because it was open when she took my phone so I got charged twice for coffee I never received.
