El Mercadito — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

This place is moer geared to serving lunch cafeteria style than to be serving breakfast. It was more than your usual wait to be waited on even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. My stepfather and myself both ordered Huevos ala Mexicana. And although plenty, I've had better and with jalapeno or serrano peppers in the dish, not diced green bell pepper. Although the waitress was nice, and admittedly we sat towards the front due to the booths being too tight a fit for me. I'm also not quite mobile because of my hip, so I had to choose a table with chairs. I originally wanted to order tamales as having read a good review about them. Unfortunately they only had the corn filled ones. Will I go back, probably not, since there are a few around my area I can visit. If you're a coffee lover, you'd love the coffee...

We really love this restaurant and have been planning since the beginning of the year because we moved away from here but the waitress had a lot of attitude and she got our orders wrong. My sister cleared said “un plato con millanesa y papas con todo” anyway the waitress messed it up and brought her a torta and she had the audacity to keep trying to correct my little sister who is only 13. Like woman speak to me I am clearly talking to her. It’s just not the same anymore. She also stated that there weren’t any fries and then after we told her we did not want that and that she got the order wrong she wasn’t talking to me the adult she was talking to my sister who is clearly a child. The customer service was friendly I don't think they quite understood me quite much English as much but you're the best of her knowledge but my thing is you know when I was running out of stuff they didn't check for that you know to refill it I started out with two races and then they brought me my tacos out and I was done with my other dishes so I didn't end up getting the other three tacos because I wanted them to go maybe they just didn't understand quite well but I made it quite clear because I was doing a live video in there as well but overall the food I gave it a 10 out of 10 on the burritos when I did get the tacos last time because this is my second time at the establishment I rated them a nine out of 10 overall...
