I want to make sure I will write my comment according to true facts and with objectivism. I had the worst experience ever connected with the Night Clubbing Two weeks before my party I ordered couch seating place for 10 people. Manager from the night club called me in order to finalize my reservation and figure out the best deal. I decided that I will open bar tab for $250, which I wanted to spend for a bottle. At that time everything looked great and I did not anticipated future disaster. At the day of the bachelor party my friends and I decided to have a “pre-game” at my house. When we arrived at the place it was already past 11PM so we did not qualify for the free entrance, which I totally understand based on our contract. Two of my friends could not enter because they were drunk. I did not argue with that decision too because club wants maintain their good name. By the time I organized safe transport for my two drunk friends, rest of us already paid their entrance fee and entered into the night club. When I walked in I asked for my table and waited for approximately 15 minutes to be seated (which in my understanding should have never happened due to our arrangements). When host showed me a table I asked him to bring a bottle and I told him that I will go out to check on my two friends that were waiting outside for a ride home. When I was outside one of my friends walk up to me and told me that they took our table away. I walked back to the club and I asked one of the security guys to call for the manager. He responded that it is not his job. I told him that he is working here, he is getting pay for that, and this is his job to serve clients. He let me in and showed me the place where manger was. When I asked a manager for the reason of losing our table, he without looking at me responded that he has a right to do that because we are drunk and he could not find me so he gave it to other people. I told him that two drunk guys are already at home and he let all others in. I told him that not maintaining the eye contact with the other person is unprofessional and rude what I will not tolerate. During our argument the owner showed up and we walked outside to discuss the issue. Similar to manger’s behavior, owner was interrupting me when I was talking, which I pointed out to him that we will maintain this conversation only if he will listen to me without interrupting. At one point when I was talking he turned around and said that “he is done”. Another unprofessional teenage behavior of a person who thinks about himself as the businessman, but in reality is not following universal and professional business conduct. Mature owner of the night club should have culture and professionalism to find the best solution for a problem not running away from it. At the end he asked me what I want him to do. I said that right now nothing, because I have enough of his immature behavior and his way of doing business. We went to different night club where they took care of us without stupid immature games. When I am paying for my seating place and bottle it is my business what I am doing with it. If I am not at the club, it will stay empty with a full bottle because it is my right and I am still paying for it. The reason that he could not find me was inappropriate because I told him that I am going outside to check on my friends. Professionalism and culture is one of the most important aspects of business. My friends were not perfect but all the problems on my side were taken care of. Two of my friends were sent home and we all paid our entrance fee. So I do not understand the decision. If you will be looking a good place for a party stay away from this place because you can never know what unprofessional manager and...
Read moreI had a terrible experience with Stereo Club, not once but twice. A year ago, I attended an awful party there where a singer was supposed to perform but showed up two hours late. I eventually left without seeing the performance. The music was horrible, the sound system was a mess, the crowd was unpleasant, and the overall atmosphere was dreadful. I wouldn’t recommend this club to anyone.
Despite that, I recently considered renting the venue, hoping to host a great event and create a better experience. Unfortunately, dealing with the management was a nightmare. From the start, they asked inappropriate and discriminatory questions about my nationality and suggested there might be conflicts between Russians and Ukrainians. They even rudely implied I’d need security at my party to handle fights.
When I explained I would take full responsibility for the event, they continued to be dismissive. Eventually, Greg, the person I spoke to, rudely hung up on me. The level of unprofessionalism and prejudice is shocking. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t end up renting this place—poor management clearly reflects the terrible atmosphere of their events. I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreVery average night club with not very professional service. We had our friends' birthday party at that club. One of the guests brought a bottle of champagne as a gift. The manager told us that we could not keep it with us for apparent reason. We readily agreed, and he took the bottle for the period we spent there. Of course, we forgot about it, and our waitress forgot about it also. Not a big deal but to my big surprise they never called back to return the present. The music is very repetitive, mostly techno or very famous hits all mixed. The tab system was impressive. We opened a tab but had to pay in cash for every mixed drink because, according to our waitress, we couldn’t order drinks from the dance floor bar because they have opened a tab in another room. The service was very chaotic. And our waitress wasn’t familiar with the drink menu at all. The place is ok for dancing and drinking. The mixed drinks are good, and the price is reasonable. But not for the birthday party. They don’t have any food there, but you can order whatever pizza from a local restaurant. Just make sure no onions. They emphasized that few times. Onions are not allowed in Stereo...
