La Michoacana Chicago — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I wanted to say the lady in there was rude as heck! Also its the middle of the week and they have no supplies. I wanted a yogurt with strawberries, they had no strawberries. I decided to just get a little bit of banana ... As we moved onto which toppings I wanted, I wanted multiple . She didn't tell me there was only 3 toppings that I can choose anything more she would have to charge .75 cents for a little tiny scoop of granola. I figured because she couldn't get me what I wanted she would be more understanding and let me get another topping. To top it all off, it taste so horrible! Yogurt is really watery ¡Quería decir que la señora de allí era grosera! También es la mitad de la semana y no tienen suministros. Quería un yogurt con fresas, no tenían fresas. Decidí comprar un poco de plátano ... A medida que avanzábamos sobre los ingredientes que quería, quería múltiples. My bad experience was that not only was there a long wait time 20-30 min but once it was my turn and I asked for corn, I was inform they were out. No one else before me (7 customers prior to me) ordered corn. There were two people working on 5/5 during the night, however, only one person was assisting the customers. The other one was setting up the store to be ready for the next day. If both people behind the counter were helping customers I would of known sooner that they were out of corn and the wait would of been shorter. They could have also put a sing out. The one lady was working hard but not effectively. It’s not, could you deal with the like of customers, but can you provide a great experience for the customers so they keep coming back and not get a bad review. Hard no- I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING TO THIS LOCATION. I found a straight black hair melted into the hard chocolate on a popsicle, I was rushed because there was a customer picking up their order, after paying for my items the worker was upset and wanted to give me an unwanted Spanish lesson after rushing me to order in the first place. I was understanding to her rush because not many people are good with change/working with different types of people. But it was extremely rude and never requested. This isn’t a place for people to stop in and try something new, the service wasn’t good just rude, and it wasn’t worth a dime after finding a long black straight hair melting into one of the items I purchased.
