McDonald’s food will always be McDonald’s food, no complaints there... but to boil it down for anyone who cares to read this other than the quality assurance department; I literally left my son’s soccer game and wanted to grab some quick stuff for the kids... I was literally shocked to experience what I did... the young man (Arturo) who first replied was extremely rude because of the miscommunication through the intercom... Quite frustrated I placed my order and was told to pull up to the 1st window. There I was greeted by a manager named Sandra only to tell me she will speak to him about his lack of respect, which is less than anything I would consider paying for; AND THEN Arturo comes behind her laughing and being antagonistic...Sandra clearly told him to back off and to calm down which he disregarded and signaled towards the front of the restaurant as if he is going to discipline a 38 year old man in front of his two children (12 and a 7 year old; for the record)... when I pulled up to the second window to get my food he (Arturo) was talking to another gentleman pointing in my direction...needless to say I was quite enraged at this point because my children definitely did not need to experience this...McDonald’s is a business I understand, but a luxury for many kids around the world...my review does not and should not reflect upon McDonalds based on this single experience, but it’s an extreme liability when a single individual (Arturo) can exude this type of scenario with out much regard... an isolated incident perhaps but an awful experience for my...
Read morePlaced my mobile order...used my points for a free coffee & ordered another coffee on top of it. Went through the drive-thru & gave them the name on the order. Get to the 1st window & then get an alert on my phone with the exact charge. The guy at the window proceeded to tell me what I owed, $2.21. I said "no, it just charged my card." Spent more than 5 minutes going back & forth with him that my charge went through. He continues to argue with me & I ask to speak to a manager. He claims he's the manager. I ask to speak with someone else. He tells me to pull to the side & that someone would come out....15 minutes of waiting & no one came. Every time you place a mobile order you don't get a receipt until you're charge when picking up your order. I received my receipt, my bank confirmed the charge went through. Called the location to let them know & he again argues with me, raised his voice & tells me I have no money...yet he clearly saw all the money in my account when I showed him my statement. Already contacted corporate regarding this. For a "Manager", he's not very well with customer service. Do NOT visit...
Read moreI had time to decide I was going to write a bad review before they completed my order that being on top of the 5 minute head start. If you walk into this store there is a good chance you will fall asleep while waiting all of the workers completely prioritize the drive thru treating you as if you weren’t standing in there restaurant. No cashiers at the register and when they finally may do decide that you are worthy they take their sweet time and reaper the order back wrong. I am a very slow typer and during this entire process of writing this review I still have not received my order the total wait time at this point is over 10min the staff are more concerned in conversation with one another and hiding in the back while you stand a wait. Go to the KFC next door or even 7-11 across the street the incompetence of the people who work here is unparalleled in this city if you want to be late for something walk in at this Cicero location because this whole review once more was left...
