this used to be my favorite chinese place to order from, until a couple days ago when I had one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had lol. it literally took them 3 hours and 40 minutes to deliver 3 items like 2 miles to my house. after the 3 hour mark when I called them, the lady said it would only be another 20 minutes. nope. 40 minutes later I finally got my food. unfortunately, they only gave me a pint of fried rice when I ordered a quart. as annoying as all of that was, I was willing to just vow to never order from here again and leave it at that. until I saw that they charged my debit card for two completely different amounts. so now I have to deal with getting my money back for the second charge on top of everything else. I will say that the food was good and surprisingly still warm when it got to me, and the delivery driver was very polite. but wowie the service here is absolutely atrocious. straight up do not order from this place. it's just not worth the headache for some mediocre...

Food was excellent! Ordered at noon and received my food at 1:10 which could be greatly improved. The thing that got me was that the delivery girl came in and told me my total was $11.28 so I handed her a twenty, then she asked me if I wanted change? Has anyone every tipped $8.72 on an $11.28 delivery? I responded with a hearty yes I would like change and she then asked me how much? I almost said all of it, but having been in the service industry myself I bit my tongue and said $5. Since this happened just today it is still eating at me the fact that this was such a bad approach to getting a tip. If my delivery girl had walked in and apologized for the long wait, told me my total and had given me the exact change in my hand, I can tell you that she would have walked away with a $5 tip instead. Best Chinese food in town (Not anymore!!). HUGE downside is that delivery takes at LEAST an hour if not 2. Edit: My order I placed tonight took over 2 hours and I was lied to on the phone. 1 1/2 hours in they said they were on the street right next to me..2 hours 15 minutes later and still waiting! Edit: tried again a few months later. Still has THE worst service. I ordered online & received a confirmation email. 4 hours later & several calls, which they never answered, and I still never got my food. I called at night from a different number just curious and they answered. I asked if they could refund my order & they said I must have had the wrong location or number when in fact even in the email it confirmed I had ordered from Taylorsville road location & it matched the same number.
