Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jeffersontown

I will NEVER go to this location. I did a mobile order and it took me 15 minutes to get there. When I arrived to the order speaker, I told them the name of the order and it started to downpour. They asked which location, I read the address. They asked when it was placed and I said “10 or 15 minutes ago”. It got the point where they kept asking questions and I couldn't hear because of the rain so I pulled around. The person at the window was an old black man in a manager shirt. He asked if we placed it and I said yes and read him our order number. He then took my phone inside and closed the window. I could see he was manually doing it. He opened it minutes later and asked me to read the order off. After I read it, I said “for the regular drink, can I please have large for the trouble”? My mistake I guess. He then got extremely rude and declined to give me my food. He said I was telling at him and I said “sir, do you hear this rain? You are also having to raise your voice so we can hear each other. I was not rude with question. I didn't demand. I am beyond pissed and I want something to be done about this manager. He should be fired for speaking to me like that and refusing service when I did NOTHING. He is ridiculous for thinking he can speak to anyone other human...

I been driving for Doordash for 2 years this was the worst place yet. I was picking up 2 orders at around 1 am the Drive-through was extremely long probably 30 cars are so. The line was moving extremely slow and eventually completely stopped for about 40 minutes. A few other door Dash driver and I went up to the door as we could see probably around 20 bags of food sitting on the counter we were wondering if they would get them for us so we could leave but they would not and told us we had to go around in the drive-through. Eventually I made it to the window around a little over an hour after I got there the black teenager at the window try to hand me a small bag and told me this was my order. The order in question was supposed to be 16 items and a drink the bag he handed me felt like it had about maybe three burritos inside no drink no tag on the bag. I told him what I was supposed to be getting and told him how he picked his bag out since it had no name on it he took the bag back and told me to drive around to the parking lot. Around eight other cars were sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to bring orders out but they never did A complete waste of two...

Waited almost a hour for my food so I walked up to the counter and a cook grabbed it of a table. Some white girl said “I thought that was door dash”… no where on the bag does it say door dash, you would think me sitting right informar of the counter for a hour with no food would make a worker wonder why I was just sitting there.. NOPE the white girl just stood in the corner doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was there. The other people I was with had time to get their food, eat all of it, then order more and eat all of it as well before I got my food. As I was walking in I over heard the white girl talking a boy something along the lines of them getting someone’s order wrong then them coming back but both times they forgot some item they bought, I heard the white girl laugh and say “I guess they don’t need it” very unprofessional and I don’t know what they are being paid but its to much to do that they do, as much stuff they get wrong and lack of respect the employees have for the customers is mind blowing. I could send me 5 year old nephew in there to work and he’d run it better by himself them the people...
