The nerve of this place calling themselves "Buffalo Wild Wings"... They were anything but wild. They were literally the worst representation of chicken wings I've ever experienced. But let's start with the environment.. A sports bar on the NBA All Star Game night of all nights.. At about 18% capacity.. With employees IN UNIFORM strewn about doing noting.. It appeared more like some sort of Lukewarm room tempurarure, goth, middle school cafeteria framed in black flat painted plywood but instead of being packed with students, very few sad, depressed looking patrons were seen sprinkled sparingly throughout, yet, still corralled in the front 25% of the restaurant to make it appear more full from the strip mall storefront lined windows that it adorned. No music... No television sound.. No nothing... I swear.. For just one moment in time.. No more than that, but I assure you that, for at least one moment in my lifetime, I was hoping I'd choke on one of the bulimic chicken bones that had been so disrespectfuly placed before me. I saw boneless on the menu as an option but chickenless is what I ended up with. What seasoneless chicken was on the bone looked like it had been cooked with an industrial hair dryer to the point of extinction of the entire species. And let's not forget the "wedges" that my friend ordered that looked more like battered toenail clippings. The whole experience was absolutely atrocious and, frankly, embarrassing for us and the waitstaff. The manager, when asked to remove something we weren't satisfied with, attempted to take $3 of the $4.29 instead of the whole thing or comping both poorly made items, as he should have, and sent the poor waitress to handle it, jeopardizing her tip and making her handle something he should have handled, and handled better, in the first place. The one semi bright moment was the server. A blond girl with glasses and her hair in a pony tail.. Sorry.. Don't remember your name.. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful even when she became obviously frustrated with the whole situation. I am Jerry. Please don't be like Jerry. Don't waist a dollar or a moment of your life in this so called establishment. And you're welcome in advance. Have a wonderful,...

First let me say as a large group we have spent literally almost every Thursday night at this location for years now. Last night I was made to feel like I was a bother and not wanted there. I would complain to the manager but it was the Manager Autumn that treated us so poorly. We know for a fact they close at 12am M-Th. Last night at 11:36 Autumn (with almost a personal disdain and attitude) turned all the TV's off then proceeded to turn off the touch tunes while playing music we paid for. When she walked by us I asked why she did this since you dont close til 12am and her reply was a very rude, snippy and annoyed "because we close at 11:30". If you could have seen the look she gave us you would think she hated us. We downed our drinks and I was in the car leaving the parking lot at 11:44. I love the bar tender Sarah and our normal server Jaime but if the manager wanted to close early then fine, walk up to us and say hey I'm sorry but we need to close early, but to treat loyal customers with such disrespect and attitude is beyond the pale. Then lying to our face about a closing time that is clearly listed on the door is insulting. As someone who worked in Hospitatlity for over a decade I never like to complain like this but the attitude I received left...

First and foremost my server Jamie was amazing. She’s very attentive and on point. Outside of the service it is well known in the restaurant industry that the state of the washroom can be a good indicator of how clean the facility is as a whole. I’ve been visiting this location off and on for years and every time I walk into the restroom it is disgusting. The floors are covered in urine and sticky, nasty vomit looking debris in the sink and no paper towels. This indicates to me that the employees don’t care and are likely not even washing their own hands. Restrooms at locations like this need to be cleaned MULTIPLE TIMES DIALY! This one looks like it’s only cleaned once a month. If you get sick from eating here it’s likely because the kitchen is just as nasty as the men’s restroom.

I am so glad this chain changed back to numbers when it comes to the size of wing orders! Snack, small, medium, and large was not it! It’s nice to actually know how many wings you’ll get each time. We went during lunch on a weekday and they have extremely great deals that make grabbing lunch at BDubs the way to go. The wings are hot and the sides are seasoned well. Service has been great since I started going here again. Very welcoming and attentive. Haven’t had any issues other than the seats needing to be wiped down, but you see that at a lot of places. This spot has really improved! I’ll be returning, especially during lunch!
