BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had. We were on a trip and stopped to grab something to eat along the way. As we walked in we were greeted with the "crew" including the manager preoccupied with conversations amongst themselves instead of taking care of the customers they had in line. The "manager" was extremely rude and literally rolling her eyes when my wife asked for a large order of cheese fries that only came in one size. We ordered two plain double cheeseburgers and what do you know they couldn't get that right. As they were preparing our food one of the employees started to put it into a tray as if we were eating in even after I asked for it to be Togo. When I asked that it be bagged the Crewmember rolled her eyes again and looked at me as if I asked her to solve a rubrics cube in record time. Once we got to the car I checked the food assuming they would not get the simplest of requests right. My sons burger had mayo on it and when I went to take it back inside to get it replaced I made eye contact with the manager inside who actually verbally said oh my god and rolled her eyes again. If only it were possible to roll your eyes enough to spin back time and make better choices in life to not end up as a miserable manager of a Wendy's. I was baffled that she actually had the nerve to say oh my god out loud and roll her eyes. I know that it's wishful thinking that anyone involved in our terrible experience knows how to read but here's to hoping this helps someone decide on avoiding this place at all costs. Read moreGirl in drive through didn't acknowledge I was there until I sat in silence for about 30 seconds and asked if they were open.
Ordered a #1 with black coffee and an additional sandwich. She said it would ge a while because coffee isn't brewed. Then, gave me the wrong total because she didn't hear I ordered the extra sandwich. When I pulled up to pay, she had her headset on one ear and Apple pod in the other. That likely explains why she didn't hear me. Next, I wasn't given a receipt with my order before asking to pull into a parking spot to wait (where 3 cars were already waiting).
As orders are being delivered, the young man delivering food is in street clothes (a black hooded sweatshirt with giant skull on the back), nothing that resembles a uniform. I also noticed as he's coming in and out that he's still wearing rubber gloves throughout this whole process. This CAN NOT be sanitary!
My food finally arrives. The potato box is half full. The sandwiches have very burned bacon on them and a drop of honey butter in the middle. They obviosly look nothing like the photos. The coffee is only warm despite the 10 minutes I was told to wait for fresh coffee. The coffee is also very bitter. I asked her if she just brewed this, and she said "Yes."
She proceeded to complain about being short handed, people quitting, etc. Okay lady, that explains the wait time, I guess, but what does being short handed have to do with poor food quality?

Read moreWent to go get lunch today and was absolutely appalled at how rude the woman at the window was. She didn’t tell me my total on the speaker, which is no problem, so I asked her at the window. She continued to 1) be confused 2) show visible irritation. When she told me my total, I asked if I could upgrade my fry and she said “really?” and loudly groaned. She continued to AGAIN, not tell me my total, so I asked, she told me. It was too much so I told her to just keep it the normal size, in which she said “are you serious? Oh my god.” She had to call for the manager and instead of being polite about it, she said “You are going to have to wait for the manager” in a snarky voice. She then continued to yell LOUDLY in frustration over my order with the window wide open, my card still in her hand. I’ve been to this location before and had NO issues with previous employees. I’ve worked food and customer service both for many years, so I’m not one to leave a bad review, but this is absolutely ridiculous. The manager was incredibly helpful and polite though.
