Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

I don't know what it is with the domino's in this town, but they are horrible. Canceling an order is one thing, but I ordered a pickup it said it would be ready in 20 mins. Ok so I check my tracker. 40 mins later...nothing has changed just says order placed. Call the store...no one answers. Check my order again and it says my order doesn't exist. Call the store again to see what's happening...no one answers. Ok I am assuming they canceled my order again without telling me. Come to a few days later THEY CHARGED MY CARD. I have called the store about six times now on varying hours and waited until the end of the 'someone will be with you shortly' loop where it just hangs up on you. I contacted corporate and they have done nothing. Called the customer care line...its closed. I don't know what is going on, but I say do not order here if you want to get a pizza because you won't get one and they will...

The driver handing me my pizza had the box wedged open touching part of his sleeve, im told due to faulty boxes. That is not my big complaint. I initially called the wrong dominos and they offered to remake the pizza and were lovely. Problem is, it was the wrong dominos. So I called this one on meijer rd, and again explained the situation, this manager laughed and said I'll sent someone to get ur pizza so u can have a refund. I told him the other store offered to remake it and if you are coming to get it, cant I just get a new one and not a refund? He laughed again and said it doesn't work that way and hung up. Also, I never saw that refund. This order was also leave at my door. For specific reasons. Im now supposed to meet with u again to return said pizza. Not only did his clothing touch my food but it was open. He could have done anything to it. Disgusting...

I ordered a pizza around 9:50pm last night to my hotel and I was told there would be a 2 hour wait but that was no issue. I told the guy I would meet the driver (jeff) at the hotel entrance when they called because you need a key to get access to the rooms, he said that was fine and he’s get it here as soon as possible. I signed up for the automated text for the delivery notification and fast forward 2 1/2 hours later at 12:40 we realized it’s been a while and we still haven’t received an update. I decided to check and it said it was delivered already, I check at the office and they say nothing was delivered. We are on vacation and we’re starving, just wanted a great pizza dinner and now are stuck starving at 1 in the morning because they did not know how to communicate. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK this is unacceptable...
