Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

I am disgusted by how I’ve been treated by this location. They were delivering my food without even so much as a knock at the door and leaving my food out in the sun for it to get hot along with my drinks. This has happened on several occasions. I called about this issue three times. The first time I was told they would let their drivers know not to do this. The second time I called they said they would give me a credit in which they did.

The driver came out today to deliver to me again and they knocked very aggressively on my door. She was mad because I called on her and even though she apologized, which did not come off as authentic mind you, she told me that she did not have time to hand every person their food and that if a customer wants their food handed to them it needs to be told in the app which is not true because I used to work at Jimmy Johns and we always hand the food unless the customer states it is a drop off only.

I just spoke with this locations GM and was very upset for me all because I am upset with how I have been treated. The GM said I was “harassing” them even though I’m the one calling to report how I’ve been treated. I was told I would be banned from all Jimmy Johns.

I will be contacting corporate but just be warned if you ever have any issues with this store that the GM is going to make them seem like they are the victim. This is not the way you ever treat your customers, ever and I am considering not taking my business there anymore after being their customer since this...

Terrible experience tonight 8-27-25 at gateway plaza in Jeffersonville I.N. it was 8:48 pm when I place my online order for the drive through pickup. Nobody talked on the screen so I pulled around walked inside and music was playing loud the girl working seen me and asked can I help you in a very nasty way. After I told her I had an online order she turned around grabbed the ticket and I could tell she did not want to make this sandwich at all. Then another couple walked in and ordered a sandwich and the gentleman came up and was very nice and handled his business and when the girl seen she had to make another sandwich you could tell she was very irritated and it started making that one and come to find out she messed that one up and the gentleman had to make both of them. Very terrible experience. First time ever...

first time i ordered for delivery it took 55 minutes. i got compensated for that and ordered again. this time was fine. both times same good quality, fresh ingredients, good soft french bread, orders we’re right and driver lady is clean and polite. update: continues to be the same delivery driver lady ever time. cool. same consistent quality food. i like the ease of ordering online and delivery driver lady leaves the food outside of my front door, just as I requested. She’s on point. update: they made up for the fifty minutes. i’m a regular once a week or so customer. same driver every time. great quality...
