Wendy's — Restaurant in Jennings

OMG! I pulled up to this Wendy’s on Thursday October 12 2023 at 4:29 it’s now 4:50 and I’m pulling off with no acknowledgment order taken or food. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes no one ever said anything. So i pulled to the window where a man was punching buttons on the computer and asked if i was doordash… i asked why he wasn’t taking orders he said “idk I’m collecting money” so i drove to the second window in which eye contact was made with two employees without them ever coming to the window. Sat there about 5 minutes then i went inside to report the problem. There were about 5-6 employees inside i asked what the problem was in drive thru and told them they had a line and the guy said he was working this side… i asked for a manager because I’m sure she heard how loud the conversation was she came from the back looked me dead in my face and went behind a wall. I just walked out. Bad service Employees who don’t comprehend that team work is required to make business...

Went to this location on 1-24 and had placed a mobile order for a value menu chicken sandwich, I had my door dash app on during the 45 minute wait to get a simple chicken sandwich. So I ended up getting double door dash orders and I had informed them through the drive thru box, no issues until I got up to the window 20 minutes after the 45 minute wait just to place the order, then the lady in the window was being extremely rude about how I’m not allowed to order food if I’m picking up a door dash order… okay so basically you’re saying you don’t want to work here because you’re costing your company money by being arrogant at a fast food place that obviously requires absolutely nothing to get. The food was cold and it looked like an angry 3 year old made it. Grow up, you’re being paid to work… I’m sure management would not approve...

Everytime I order here from DoorDash I never ever get all my food. I’m a content creator and I really wanted to review the Wendy’s Wednesday meal and they didn’t give me any of the sauce like what was the point of the meal without the sauce. When I tried to review the SpongeBob meal same thing no sauce on my burger. I’ve even went inside and tried to order and was told they only except cash no cards. Also it’s been times I’ve went inside and the cashier was rude don’t speak stand at the cash register with an attitude store filthy. I’m so tired of this store it don’t make no sense please get some new employees and new managers and I will be reviewing this store on my TikTok @ciaramariewhalen please come watch and see for yourself I will not be getting nothing from this store again today was...
