Worst Experience I ever received, We reserved a table for 12 people for two parties, it was my birthday and my sister's birthday the same weekend and we made a reservation through Cassie on a Tuesday, when I called the day before the reservation on Friday morning to confirm my booking I was told they couldn't find my reservation so I did it through Jonathan AGAIN, the lack of communication and follow through on their end gave me a bad gut feeling and I should have listened to it. When I showed up on time with my party they could not find my table and we ended up taking someone ones else's table. The night started slow, but as it was progressing the server Alexa was slowly leaving our table on the dark, there were many instances were my guest had to get up and ordered through the bar because of the lack of attention we were getting. There was also a party next to us who had a birthday but unlike us they were getting taken care of, I told the server that I had been waiting for my drink and the chaser for a while now and once I brought that up, the drinks finally came. Once it was time to bring the cake out, the celebration and presentation was pretty nice however we received a cake without plates and we were sitting on that scenario for a good 20 minutes until I AGAIN decided to get up and talk to the server about the plates and demand it, at this point I was starting to get embarrassed about the service and had to apologize to my guest. Due to the lack of care and attention my guests decided to get up and order through the bar, the manager stop them and informed them that they need to order through our server and told my guests that if we don't order enough things pass a certain amount, we will get thrown out. Although I agreed with the managers statement and was in the process of getting a second bottle for my desk since I had the intention of buying 3-4 bottles that night, my guests shouldn't be told about these things and definitely should not be threaten in that matter, this should have been communicated through me. Management and the server knew that I was in charge of handling these issues so I was very puzzled by this approach. We had a budget of $600, so the money wasn't an issue on our end. Finally after receiving our second bottle, it was thrown and slamed into our table very carelessly, all the bottles and glass that was inside the bucket were shifted into an awkward position that the firework tubes were also moved and ended up melting and blackened the top of our glass bottle. The birthday girl, along with one of our guest didn't see this and got badly burned and cut. At this point I was humiliated and concerned and had to call it a night, I told the server how unprofessional this was but she insisted that we were not careful and claimed that we grabbed the firework tube while it was burning. Not only was there a sense of denial from their end, but also no one wanted to take responsibility for these things. No apology was made and the server didn't want to take responsibility for it either. After this confrontation, one of my guest who works in HR decided to step in and tell them how unprofessional and humiliating this entire night was, while this was happening a random bystander who claims to be the servers "sister" stepped in and told my guest off and they were both arguing pretty loud. This loud scene was goin on for a good 5 minutes and security and my self had to step in. I was advised to take this further legally by my guest who has a background in human resources and witnessed everything first hand however I just want to forget the entire night even happened. I turned down 3 other restaurants and bars who wanted to host our duo birthday party but we ended up going for Quantum and I really wished I didn't. As great as the packages, presentation and music is, non of it was worth it after this rough night.

Horrible experience . Wouldn’t recommend and food isn’t the greatest . It took me an hour to get there being happy and all to try something new and a new place, then find parking. After all of that i got inside, was seated and waited a long time for the waitress to start off with drinks. then we place orders for food. When placing order for food, she kept stumbling on trying to place order. So after me and my date’s order was placed, we gotten our drinks, 20-30 minutes later waiting for our food just to hear “the kitchen is closed.” After all of that to get to there just to hear the kitchen is closed is just alarming. we arrived two hours before even closing , and most kitchens close up an hour or 30 mins to closing up. I worked in a kitchen so i would know. After exchanging words with the manager, I see he’s very Unfit for a manager and didn’t care for his customers . His whole attitude was like as if he didn’t care , so another customer who heard that the kitchen was closed and he just came from NY also to dine in was upset, Eventually the manager gave in and only gave us 3 options off the menu which was heat up items , Such as chicken tenders, chicken wings and chicken empanadas . I couldn’t be picky because i can stick with tenders . But when i received them, they were hard, tasted rubbery and was just awful. most of the chicken was burnt. Terrible management, Terrible customer services . Even was a fight with a worker and customer over the same situation with the kitchen being closed. And terrible establishment.Wouldn’t want my worst enemy here

Here’s the scoop. Place is brand new and very nice. Lots of space inside and three levels for a different environment. No parking whatsoever around the area, so you’re better off taking an Uber or following someone for one hour to get their spot. Maybe this is why they’re never “packed”. Unless you’re there for football specials, drinks and food are overly priced. (A wing order will run you $16 and a drink like cranberry vodka will be $13) BUT if you’re there for football specials make sure they charge you the price special. Buckets are usually $20 during games. So that’s a plus. The reason they are getting two stars is for a 15% service charge EVEN AT THE BAR. Regardless of the “party size” which at the bar you obviously can’t sit a big party. 15% mandatory “service charge” at the bar?! Not even in the fanciest of rooftops in NYC. I know they just opened up but that’s no way to make money off your clients. Hookah can only be done in the third level and that’s if it’s open because most days the second and third level are closed. They post a 10% discount for all military, teachers and educators, first responders and law enforcement but it’s posted only IN the BATHROOM and if you fit the category and mention it you’ll get a death stare. Make sure you have ID to prove it to like three different people. The only bartender who knows what he’s doing is Hugo his skills are top notch so if you go make sure you sit at the bar where he is. There is also a girl in regular clothes that goes around and demands that you write a google review while you’re there. (?!) she will literally stand there and watch you open your google account for the review and will ask everyone in your party to do so right then and there or she won’t leave. Disturbing if you’re begging for stars. So I don’t know if I’d trust half these reviews. If you’re on yelp I added pics to this...
