I've just finished my coursework for my real estate state exam and I couldn't talk good enough about this school and their staff! Both Carla and Monica are first rate professionals and gave me a clear understanding of what to expect as well as continuous guidance throughout the course! Monica was so professional and gave me excellent guidance upon registering for the class straight through to the end with her guidance on what to expect for the state exam! Carla, who is the instructor and an established real estate professional herself, gave the class a mixture of factual content from our books as well as her own examples from her many years of experience in real estate, which helped all of us understand the content of the book a little easier because we could put a real life perspective to the topic, especially if it was a particularly difficult or complex subject. I'll say this, I myself am completely test phobic however I was able to pass my final exam which gave me a huge amount of relief and great confidence going into the state exam. I was referred to Bayonne School of Real Estate from a broker and I thank God that she pointed me to that direction. From my first encounter with Monica, she addressed all my questions and concerns! See, this was my 3rd and last attempt in obtaining my license and I was just a bit anxious and doubtful but I knew that quitting was not an option. I have NO REGRETS!

The instructor Carla, is THE BEST! I mean it! Her style of teaching and breaking things down, her patience, her humor, her stories lol and more made learning and retaining the information possible. Carla, also made time for one on one questions/concerns and didn't mind staying after class (although it was already late) to address anyone's questions. She just has a way with words and encouraging her students in becoming the best!

I had the BEST experience that one can imagine out of the salesperson 75 hour, 2 week 5 days. Week course. The instructor Victoria Scalzo, is hands down the BEST INSTRUCTOR in real estate there is. The content in the book that is provided is rather wordy and not easy to understand. However Valerie’s expertise and her ability to simplify it made all the difference. She sincerely cares about her students success and goes above and beyond to help them succeed. I would recommend this school or any school Valerie teaches at.
