I have been visiting this restaurant since last 2years but this time I was very upset . We ordered vegetarian food and they bought fried rice with egg . My nephew was just going to eat . They just came on time and said sorry . Then after 20 minutes they bought non veg Noodles , that was really not acceptable. Apparently, it seems to quite unprofessional while taking the order and bringing to the table . First I was ok that sometimes it happens but bringing non vegetarian food for a vegetarian family was not acceptable. As soon we got seated I told them that we are vegetarian please be careful, but I think they hardly take care of their customers. Just saying sorry was not ok . I took my friend family 1st time to the restaurant and felt so embarrassed that I was appreciating about the restaurant. I was happy that we found a good Chinese place in Jersey city and we are a regular customer. We ate the food taking breaks kids were hungry. So disappointed. I was thinking that owner will be ashamed with wrong order and might be give some discount on the bill . Not once they were ashamed of doing this big mistake they bought the bill with no discount . We should have shout but we don’t wanted to crest the scene or spoil their Bussiness.

Their behavior definitely left a bad taste in mouth and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I believe that this was not acceptable and reflects badly on the hotel business so I will never recommend anyone about this restaurant or either go to this...

Szechuan Mirchi: Stuck Midway By itself, the food is reasonably good, but tended to be mostly bland by either schezuan or heartland Mirchi standards. This conflict with branding needs to be addressed because their taste lands somewhere in between - at Tiberian plateau level. Our order was a mixed bag of success. American Chopsuey was passable (where's sweet & sour sauce?); Chicken Lollipops just okay, how can someone ruin it; Chili baby corn hit the right notes but just that. Peanut sauce with Fried Momos was going nowhere. Talking about sauces, the red chili sauce & chili-in-oil, that normally elevate chow mein & fried rice, had to be asked for and were completely off-key for everyone in our diverse group. Only Gobi Manchurian was redemption grade. Guys, step up, justify your brand.

At some point, well into starters, we had to request water be served. How can someone miss hospitality 101? Otherwise, dining space is clean, good for large groups, tastefully done and well kept. Service was fast. There's parking across the road and for ~12 cars in unmarked adjacent lot. Angled markings in this lot may aid ordered flow. In our experience, they are more consistent about takeout orders. That's why we stepped-in for a dine-in experience. The 18% gratuity just did not seem worth it. So much prime dining space should not be paired with hole-in-wall...

We were there to celebrate a special event. it was Monday night so there was not any rush. we settled ourselves and ordered a few appetizers and drinks

Chicken Lollypop- I thought it would be semi-gravy but it was dry. upon asking they are like- 'we serve it this way'... still, it was not good except for the sauce which comes with that :D

Shredded Chicken with pepper: Spicy- Crunchy and perfect spicy. 4/5 Chicken Tom yum Soup - 2/5 - nothing to say here

Chicken Szechuan Fried Rice - though I asked for spicy and I understand they prepare it in a generic way to consider 'other' patrons - it was not spicy at all and I could not eat it by itself, it was that dry, so ordered chili chicken and even it was not good- big chunk rubbery pieces in it - It should be soft. you can't just prepare gravy in 2 minutes and put chicken pieces from the bowl and serve.

Mixed Szechuan Noodles Chicken Hakka Noodle

mixed and Hakka noodles - can't differentiate both except mixed has shrimp pieces in it. both taste the same, but it was great.

Ambiance- it was beautiful and moreover very neat & clean. most of the restaurants on Indian street - I can't say the same Service- it was good Parking- they provide their own parking, just adjacent to the building Portion size- it's good. overall 3/5. my expectation was something else. except for noodles, it...

If you are from India and crave for some Kolkata style info Chinese ( like us), then look no further. The place looks cool and clean. There is no stereotypical ‘Indian restaurant’ smell. We drank fresh lime soda. Although it was a chilly winter night, but a cold refreshing bubbling lime soda triggered the appetite. We got a chicken manchow soup and have it split in two portions ( just like we used to order in India). The soup was thick however lack in some umami flavor that I was looking for. Chicken lollipop was a great choice for the appetizer. They were juicy from the inside and crunchy from the outside. In the main course, a mixed Hakka noodles was decent. The chilly chicken was perfectly paired with it. The chilly chicken was decent with dark soy sauce, however lack in green chilies. Also, the chickens were a bit harder than I expected. The portion size of the chilly chicken was also little less IMO. It was altogether a decent meal. Overall, the food was served fresh and piping hot. The service was fast, and the servers were cool. Update: I got the opportunity to eat again from this place - and this time I got the food delivered through uber eats. The momos were terrific. Portion wise huge ( individual sizes are also pretty big). However, the Szechuan style chicken noodle was a bit disappointing though
