Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey City

I made my first order with this store (yes it’s on the “opened not too long ago” side) but they should’ve had proper training prior to opening. Alright let’s get into it… They messed up the first order by missing just garlic sauce on the crust which is supposed to come on it automatically and they missed one topping on the pizzas. I called the store to voice my complaint to the asst manager named Rose (who was very nice btw) who was willing to send a replacement for me. Now, the replacement arrives with another issue. As you can see in the photos in the last photo—the pizza came with no pizza sauce super super dry. There’s no sauce at all. Just cheese and toppings. I called the store the FINAL & third time voicing my complaint again. I spoke to the other manager named Dylan. He was also willing to send another one out due to whoever is messing up these pizzas. This last one that shows up, it was almost as if whoever was making the pizza made it to be spiteful. It arrived with uncooked cheese a whole bunch of sauce popping through (also on the pizza box) that made the pizza inedible. My family’s dinner was ruined. I was really excited about the store because it was closer to home and I’ve been at Domino’s customer for over 20 years. This was really a very disappointing experience. Just a waste of money. During the Super Bowl, they were understandably busy. However, the app told me my order was ready and so I came to pick up my food. I had to wait a lot longer than I expected to wait. However, after airing out my frustration, the store manager, Edgar, reached out to me personally. I don’t normally hear from the store managers of big food chains, so this was refreshing. I’m not sure what changed, but this location was amazing 8 months ago. They used to have a 4+ star rating , now it dropped to 3.5 stars recently and I saw why last night.

Get an extra delivery guy and don’t bring someone’s pizza last just because they pre-paid and tipped on the app already.. when you pay cash they come fast. The pan pizza had basically no sauce on it also, as someone else mentioned below
