I pretty much go to this dunk donuts everyday in some way shape or form. Whether I physically walk in, curbside pick up or send someone on my behalf I'm always spending money their. I've witnessed them moving between orders without changing gloves etc and I understand aometimes you're so busy some things may be difficult to do. Once I witnessed the lady pre make bacon bites and then proceeded to attempted to make my order. I've told them on separate occasions I don't eat pork and have had them change their gloves and use a different steamers. Today I did a curbside pick up of the veggie omelette bites. The whole transaction went to h*ll quick. When I pulled up there was a customer parked in the curbside pick up spot so i parked in the next spot. When the manager came out with my order she proceeded to tell me to park in the curbside next time. Instantly i became annoyed because rather than informing me there was an available spot she just assumed i didn't park there on purpose. So i checked the bag to make sure everything was their because they are infamous for not putting everything in the bag. I pull off because I'm taking my son to work and decided i would eat one of my veggies omelette bites. Or so i thought. I bit into the egg bite to find out it was bacon. Luckily i didn't chew or swallow it before noticing. Usually they have a strong odor but today it didn't shockingly. That's how i caught it the last time. Anyway i called to inform the manager of what happened. She said come back and they would replace it. Without asking me what would be an acceptable resolution for me. After dropping my son to work i stopped at Starbucks which is literally just across the highway for my husband and saw they had a similar product so i purchased it their. I get back to DD and told the manager i just wanted my money back. She didn't like that so an argument ensued between her and i. She literally try to paint me to be a mad black woman. Me. A loyal customer who patronize their business everyday. I was upset for many reasons and had every right to be. I will never be back.    Read moreHere I am 2 years later after leaving the first review. I was helped by associate Romany. No offense to the guy but he may be hard of hearing. I asked him for 1 small regular coffee with hazelnut syrup and my wife ordered a decaf coffee and a donut. After I paid the other guy gave me 2 small regular coffees with no hazelnut and my wife got her coffee of course. I told the guy that he gave me an extra coffee and he said no that I ordered 2 coffees and I said no I ordered 1 and 1.. why would I ordered 2 small coffees for my self? If that was the case I'd of gotten an medium. Instead ot the guy apologizing for the error he tried and failed but he tried to make me seem like I didn't know what I asked for. Then when I walked over to "Romany" the same moron from before asks me how can he help me? đ¤Śââď¸ my guy, all I wanted was a simple refund for the mistake THATS IT. They need better customer service, just fix it and stop fighting with people to justify you are in the right. Trust me the customer IS NOT always right but instead of saying "no problem, i will take care of it for you" You try to make me deal with the fact that you messed up and im supposed to just walk away and call it a day. No I'm not looking for anything for free or want anything extra for thr mistake just apologize instead of making a big deal but why did I need to ask you for a refund? That should of been offered the moment I told you why did you give me 2 all you had to day sorry for thr miscommunication and then you had the nerve to open your register with anger and give me my money back and I even said "Thank You" knowing he was upset. As I'm leaving he's giving me the death stare and I'm 100% sure he was talking smack about me in his language but hey? I was fine it was he who was defeated in the end of the day since he had to give me a refund. Again, as I said two years prior in an earlier review.. its a language barrier. Today was awful customer service and the old guy doesn't belong at the register because he is disrespectful towards women and can tell is raised that way. Then the other man came out and he knows me that normally orders and picks up Instead of then answering and actually making an effort to listen to my order and conserns he just tells me by obvious reason that my order is over there. I said I know that I was hoping to order some thing else that the previous employee female said I couldn't order on the app and I should ask for it. Instead I got that racist response because his I'm gonna guess family member defending pride he was protecting while the old guy was standing there. He didn't bother to help. The body language was thick and was telling me that he didn't know what item I was talking about and never had it. I walked out and called the company because it was soo obvious as a woman I am in their eyes not suppose to question the man. Dunkin Donuts customer service appoligized and told me that the item they had for 6 months just was taken off their list items.
