Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jersey City

This experience was the worst..I came In to Dunkin on Saturday to purchase a sandwich and drink with a coupon the lady took my phone and charged me with my money I had on the app once I noticed what she did she had already left the store I asked the employee and she said that was the MANAGER I asked her to call her because I need my money back that is not what I wanted done she says she does not have the managers number I ask if something happens in the store who do you call she said no one (which makes no sense) annoyed i said I will come back when she is in the store I went back Sunday she was not there so I went today Monday as soon as she saw me she was hostile yelling at me saying oh well you have to call customer service just a nasty attitude I asked for customer service number she said oh you can find it yourself I don’t know what her problem was your the one who stole money from me now you wanna cause a scene unacceptable this manager needs to be fired asap they clearly just hired anyone...

I went in to Dunkin donuts and asked if they had oatmeal. The cashier said yes they do. So I asked if I could have a large oatmeal. He said ok. First the so called oatmeal was served in a large coffee cup. I figured hey maybe they're out of large cups no worries. When I got home and opened the container it was nothing in there but some sort of foggy water. When I say nothing I mean absolutely nothing but liquid. Not a grain, not an oat just foggy white water. I'm only stopping back in there to retrieve my money. The money isn't the issue it's the point of pay for being served something that looked like foggy dish water. I was seriously disgusted and disappointed. This made no sense but I refuse to pay to get ripped off. Really put a minus on how I used to feel about...

I do not go here very often so my specific experience may not be a frequent occurence. But the last time I went to this Dunkin' Donuts, back several weeks ago, to get myself a half dozen box of donut, there was barely any options available for me to choose from. It was pretty late in the afternoon, almost evening time. There may have been a shortage of donuts due to the company that works near the establishment, and perhaps they ran out because of the resurgence of customers during the late afternoon. Regardless, the shelves were almost empty when I ordered and there was only one other customer at the time. The cashier was very nice and I had no problems in that department. I probably will not go to this Dunkin'...
