The lady at cashier rolled her eyes to me just because I ordered in low voice and she did not hear clearly. Such terrible service

Ok they responded me, they judged me I am not polite, the true fact is her attitude was bad first, if you did not hear clearly you can just say can I speak in higher voice. You SHOULD watch your manner first before criticizing your customer.

My friend recommended this coffee shop, saying he often works from his computer there and loves the food, coffee, and atmosphere. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, finding it pleasantly uncrowded with some students and remote workers immersed in their tasks. The owner, who also made our coffee, was incredibly friendly; we had a nice chat, and he suggested some delicious options. We also tried their bakery items, which didn't disappoint. Their coffee and chai were fantastic too. I'll definitely revisit next time...

As a loyal customer of Gotan in TriBeCa I was thrilled to learn about the opening of the Jersey City location! The coffee is divine (one of my favorite roasts - by Counter Culture Coffee), so are the pastries and the food. On two different occasions I tried the Avocado and Tuna Salad and the BLAT - Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato Sandwich - both were very tasty and fulfilling. Great value! Can’t wait for trying out other dishes...
