PrkUp Coffee — Restaurant in Jersey City

Perk up Bayonne was my morning ritual some time ago. I looked forward to my walk, the great humans within the doors, awesome food, and the best lattes ! However, idk what’s going on with the JC location. Several occasions my order has not been up to par. I order a specific breakfast sandwich and I’m given an entire diff item, or something is missing from the order. The latte situation hurt my soul, what’s going on? Had regular drip coffee & tasted good & strong with a nice aroma. They use Kobrick coffee beans that I really like. Tried the smores & blueberry ice cream (apparently from Wisconsin). Both are good, balanced sweetness & you can taste they use good ingredients. Great location since we live right across the street. They have both indoor & outdoor seating areas. The indoor area is clean, well organized but a bit dark so it doesn't feel as inviting. There's also a small selection of packages snacks & coffee beans for sale. Will be back to try other items...

I ordered a decaf latte, confirmed many times with the shopkeeper since I'm sensitive to caffeine and he said ok. When the staff made the coffee I confirmed with her again, she was hesitate and looked at the shopkeeper, but her boss still pushed her to make the coffee. Eventually I got a normal caffeine coffee. I know it because I can't fall a sleep that whole night, that's the reason I ordered the decaf. I think the shopkeeper need be hornist, if he happened don't have decaf, he should...
