I have been going to Ladybird for couple months now but unfortunately I am no longer going to be patient nor take on more unnecessary waiting time. The only good technician they have is so great and has been the best technician I experienced, Dawn. He is very professional and really good at what he does. But unfortunately they lack customer service experience when it comes to wait time. Almost every time I come on time for my appointment I would wait 30-50 minutes. Which is unacceptable at all. I am already spending an hour and half doing my nails to waist another half an hour to an hour waiting.
Today, just because I am sick of waiting, I called 15 min before my appointment to check if I should come at 3pm or if I should be late knowing their slow service and lack of organization to know how long each service can take and update their customers if they need to come a bit later. She responded saying come 3:15-3:30. So I respected that and came at 3:20 then had to wait until 3:55 to actually be seated. This is so unacceptable and they need to find another manager to properly run the Spa. If I didnāt call earlier, I would have waiting from 3pm to 3:55 to be seated. They need a spa manager who has the knowledge on service time and get updates on how long each service takes or will take if there are adjustments rather than just booking people and have them wait hours. There should be more communication between the technicians and the spa manager.

My recent experience at your nail salon, which was deeply disappointing and has led me to decide not to return.For the past three weeks, I have been coming to your salon for my nails, always with Sarah, and have had positive experiences. However, today was an entirely different story.
I arrived at the salon and was ignored for the first five minutes. When I finally asked for an appointment, one staff member initially agreed, but then another dismissed it, speaking in Spanish, which I understood and responded to. I clearly asked if there were any available slots at 4:00, 4:30, or 5:00, but received no helpful response. The young lady next to the manager was particularly unhelpful, and the overall staff attitude was dismissive.
Despite my clear communication in both English and Spanish, I was told they couldn't help me at that time. The manager was apparently downstairs, but I couldn't wait any longer due to the lack of acknowledgement and assistance from the staff present.
When the owner is there, the service is excellent, but her absence today revealed a significant drop in the quality of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has deterred me from considering your salon as my regular place for nails and pedicures or recommend to the community .

I got there at 1:30, told the lady at the front I have an appointment and got no response, so I just picked my color and sat down in a pedicure chair. By the time 1:55 came around, I looked the other 5 people in the salon and they were getting their nails filed (so at the beginning of their nail process). Two other girls with appointments came in after me and we were all the ones waiting. I understand things happen but they seem to have no regard for any appointments or anyoneās time. I donāt have all day to sit and wait for my nails to be done. I had an hour and a half for this and planned my schedule so I could go and have them done and just spent 30 of those minutes annoyed of the time I was wasting waiting.
