I have been a loyal customer of Spa Nature for the past four years, visiting approximately every two weeks. However, without explanation, I was refused an appointment when I tried to book my regular slot. My best guess is that I asked for help selecting a ānudeā color at the last visit and was met with annoyance and an eye-roll. The owner also curtly suggested that I seek services elsewhere. This abrupt dismissal after years of patronage is not only shocking but also utterly disrespectful.
Despite the inconsistent quality in service I have received over the past four years, I had continued to visit Spa Nature, primarily given its convenient location. However, this recent encounter has completely changed my opinion of this business. I can no longer recommend it to others and will take my business elsewhere. It is unfortunate that after four years, I feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and promptly addresses their customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first time at this place. I really wanted to like the place but they seemed to have overbooked and were rushing through my appointment. All I wanted was a very small design on 2 fingers and my technician refused to do that citing time limitations from management. Which does not make sense since the design I requested was tiny and would not have taken more than 10 mins in total. Plus she did not give the back and neck massage which they usually do since she was in a rush. My momās technician was nice but she cut her cuticle too deep and it was bleeding. When I went to the counter for payment I asked for change to tip the technicians, I thought Iāll do my part even though my experience wasnāt as good as I expected it to be. The person at the reception literally forced me to tip 25% to the nail technicians. The service was not even satisfactory. Though the place is clean and nice, with this kind of rushed service I donāt think Iāll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have gone here a few times and it will definitely be the last. Last time I got my nails done before vacation and my pedicure, I let the woman know that there was some spots on my toes that were missed/not painted which she fixed, but 2 days later and Iām on vacation, my gel manicure was already peeling off and lifting.
Fast forward 3 weeks later, I am at this salon again for a pedicure. The issue this time was the pedicure was not drying, the polish would move if I touched it. I let the manager and a worker know but they tried to gaslight me saying I needed to wait longer (it was over an hour of me sitting with my toes under the fan/dryer). I had to explain multiple times that Iāve gotten pedicures before and the polish should not be lifting or moving if itās dryā¦.but they said itās normal to be like that. I had to request to get this redone and repainted which is still lifting. Iām never going back here again, itās poor...
