The worst McDonald's in Jersey City!!!! Everytime my fries comes like this or worst!! Old fried and soggy!!!!!!! Service is purely abysmal!! I really go out my way from even ordering from this McDonald's!! I have sooo many stories and bad experiences from here!! This is in walking distance and I drive to the Holland tunnel one or even walk and the Holland tunnel one is wayyyy better!! This McDonald's just need new everything!!!

I just ate the Most Horrible Quarter Pounder Burger from this place. How can a burger from McDonald's can be salty and so small? Are they planning to go into the Magic and Tricks Business? Their Burgers are going to disappear from the face of the earth if they makes them smaller. How are they going to keep customer's happy with this uneatable bread, it taste like a piece of cardboard.

The service was amazing!!! This blonde woman gave me my food at my table with a caddy of sauces. The decor inside is so thought out and beautiful. I’ve had bad experiences at this location before with comments about me when im 2 ft away but Im happy the service has elevated! They all deserve a raise! Look what the line made! It looks like the commercials!

Currently there dollar menu called value menu is raised they no longer have dollar any size coffee and their dollar hamburgers cheeseburgers aren't 1:39 or 1:49 so right now there's no dollar menu I guess it's the change of seasons but I won't be going to Burger King because they were having a special $0.50 any size coffee and dollar burgers that are actually a dollar dollar 10 with tax Toronto McDonald's I just a dollar menu back are we heading back there because Burger King's coffee is a tad bit on the cheap and very light side I'm a real coffee drinker and it is not worth a dollar I'm not going to buy it but so far it's okay especially if you ask them to make it a little stronger they'll try to for you if you get the...

Extremely sadden by the lack of humanity of this business’ team and manager on duty the day I arrived with my infant on hand requesting to URGENTLY use the restroom. I told them both that it was urgent and to please make an exception. They bluntly said: “No!” “I could get in trouble”, he said. Then, what makes him a manager if he cannot make decisions for the sake of his clients? We were going to have lunch there and had to go to another place where an angel had mercy and opened the bathroom for us. And to think that I did not mind that the store did not look clean nor organized. I was willing to put that aside just because it was “McDonald’s...” SMH. Never again. Truely it was a reflection of the staff...

Service could deffinetly improve, the counter clerks always look annoyed, I've been there 5 times at different times in 1 month and they never smile or look happy I always order nuggets for my son and he never eats them all, 2 times they were super dark with an oil flavor that didn't change for weeks, the other times the nuggets are stuck because you can tell they don't move them while they cook, the nuggets end up cooked by all sides and the part that stuck, raw. The place is always clean, including the bathrooms, I have seen a lady always attentive to cleaning, she is the best...
