White Castle — Restaurant in Jersey City

Came within 1 minute of getting towed. First night in town and we decide to check out White Castle. Signs in the parking lot say parking for White Castle customers only. After eating we thought to spend less than 5 minutes walking around the immediate intersection as this is Little India (to take some quick photos, etc). We were within throwing distance of the restaurant the whole time. Upon walking back to our car we noticed that it was already hooked up to a tow truck and the guy was starting to draw and it up.

He basically tried to tell me that it was a tow away zone but I argued that I was a customer. He demanded to see my receipt which I quickly produced from my pocket (thank God I had held onto it).

For all this to happen this fast I’m convinced they must have “spotters” that keep an eye on anyone perceived to be walking away and call their towing buddy for a kickback as if we were trying to take “advantage” of the restaurant in any way (we were the only car parked in the lot). I feel like they also prey on out-of-towners who might not know how to stand up for themselves.

I say screw this location because they’re clearly ok with this unwelcoming practice! We will...

I just visit this place the food is too good but the employees dont know how to talk with customer i visited at around 4'o clock in the morning and its 24/7 store and there is no poster or update that the door is close after 10 pm in the night and we have to order only from drivethrough so first time i came back and take my car after that i ordered and pay the amount and after 10 minute waiting they told me we dont have some items so you have to replace the order and particular the black guy with the mask his height may be 5.7 or shorter who dont give us money back and dont give us bill receite too, and he said this is our policy. After that if customer wanna talk with manager they dont share contact details even manager is there but he dont came in front of customer. So my request is that if you find any other place for food please make you go there spend more $5-$10 dollars and get better employee reactions. It looks like they have partnered with EZ towing to ripp off money from it's own customers,

I stopped their to get some food but before I go inside to grab my food I quickly grabbed some shopping from the Patel Brothers which is around the corner and as I came back in 5-10 mins my car was towed by EZ towing.

And the EZ towing states on the sign that $150 for the towing and $30 for storage for 24 hours but guess what, as I called them they said they will charge me $181 before even my car arrives to their facility and the guy at EZ towing was rude and asked me for cash so I think he was trying to hide taxes.

Well that was my experience with this location (White Castle) today, just parked for 5 minutes and my car was gone and I paid almost $200.

Trust me they are partnered with EZ towing, because who will tow a car just for 10 minutes it was not even an hour. I will never go to White Castle in any...
