Came here for family night and had a mixed experience. Pam, the marketing coordinator, was kind and engaging with the kids, which we appreciated. However, the crafts couldāve been better. Everything my daughter made with Pam unfortunately fell apart shortly after. The face painting was the only thing promising and stayed on.
I ordered a meal to get the kids' meal free, but was charged an upcharge for a drink I didnāt request. I wanted to order coffee and was happy to pay the difference, but the cashier said it wasnāt possible. He asked the manager and said it was not possible either.
Before leaving, I ordered an original iced coffee (which should come with cane syrup), but it had noneāit was just plain iced coffee. I didnāt taste it until I got home since I was saving it for the next morning, but I ended up having to make it taste better at home.
What really stood out in a negative way was the managerās demeanor. I ordered the coffee from him, and he handed it to me while distracted on his phone. He was holding it and didnāt even pass it to me properly. Thatās not the level of care I expect from CFA. Put the phone down and focus on the guest.
Overall, some good intentions, but several disappointing moments that made the experience fall short of what I usually...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in through the drive thru with my sister and our experience was horrible to say the least. Sarai started up complaing about her UPSET stomach to her coworker and was very slow in taking our order. We specifically asked for chick fil a sauce but did not receive ANY. (Not the first time). And Sarai was so pushy, like she was trying to shove down the line(probably due to her UPSET STOMACH). We asked her about the salad dressing and she said them so fast we didn't hear any except apple cider vinaigrette. We didn't bother even asking her to repeat because we knew she'd just repeat it even quicker. We know how these workers are and how lazy they are.
Please train your workers to not complain loudly about their upset stomachs and to include sauces. What's the point of asking me if I want any sauce if y'all aint gonna put it in my bag.
UPDATE:
1/4/2020.
I came in with high hopes for the new decade. Ordered a spicy deluxe meal.
They asked me if I wanted pepper jack and of course I said yes. Then I was given a regular spicy sandwich.
Still charged for a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām not sure what the order pick up person had against me but I went to pick up a order and she barely acknowledged me she lightly said hello And put the food down at the pick up station and left so I assumed they just want people to go over there to find there orders because a lot of Chick-fil-as put the order on the shelf for customers to pick up but then she aggressively said Sir your not suppose to be back there! I asked her why she didnāt she ask me if I was picking up an order then. I was standing near the other ladies by the pick up station. She had an attitude with me I doubt she was having a bad day because she was very nice towards the two ladies she actually spoke to. It almost seemed like she had something against me personally or she had animosity or hatred towards me I donāt get it but it really rubbed me the wrong way maybe there should be a sign that says wait here for pick up order. She came off aggressive and stern not exactly what I picture when I think of chick fila workers there...
