I stopped by today to see if Y'all were Halloween festive & was excited to see your selection. Maybe I was a little too excited because something happened & the room started spinning, and I had to grab a counter & hold on tight thru the dizzy spell. I'm not sure what happened, but it was scary & the young man that works there immediately checked on me, asked if I needed help, and grabbed me a cold bottle of water until I felt a little better. He helped me carry my items to my vehicle and was just so pleasant, caring & respectful. Thank you, young man. Someone raised you right. I made it home ok and will be seeing my doctor tomorrow. Btw this store is so great!

We went next door to get a custome, and we stopped by this store out of curiosity. I was surprised on how well stocked it is and all kind of merchandise they carry. Their prices are good too.

I’ve only been here 3 times and I’m a little confused by my last 2 visits. All of the registers are self check out which I love. My first time here, I was able to check my items out alone. There was a worker nearby but she smiled and didn’t bother me. I loved that. It was nice. Well my last 2 visits here, not so nice. Second visit, I picked up some body wash and dish soap. While I was scanning my TWO items and tapping the screen, this girl comes up and just butts in. She starts tapping the screen for me as if I didn't know how to use self check out. I’ve used self check out at CVS, Kroger and Walmart. This is not a new thing. It’s not rocket science. I never asked her for help. But I let it slide. I assumed she had nothing else to do and wanted to be helpful. I came here for a 3rd time today and only got another broom (because I broke the first one) and 2 packs of detergent (2 for $9). I noticed other customers checking themselves out alone. Well again, as I’m ringing up my 3 items, the same girl comes over and butts in again, without me asking for her help. I was literally in the middle of scanning my items. She grabbed the second pack of detergent and scanned it after I scanned the first one. I stopped moving and just stood there. Before I was about to scan the broom, she goes “you need to scan that”. Girl.. duh. So I made a face that I hoped expressed to her that I’m irritated but she didn’t get the hint. She kept tapping the screen and asked if I’m using cash or card.. as if I couldn’t do that myself. I said “Apple Pay”. She said EXCUSE ME? I had to repeat myself.

These interactions with this girl kind of gave me the impression that she thought I was going to steal? I wouldn’t think anything of it if this wasn’t the second time and with the SAME girl. If we can’t use SELF check out, then don’t have all the registers be self check out registers. I was excited about this place after my first visit because I loved that I can go in, get what I need for a good price, check out on my own and go about my day without being bothered by an employee.

I still love this store but I think I’ll just go to the other one on i10...

I loved the store itself, it is fully stocked with my favorites, my youngest son has his favorites here too, so we went there for the first time sometime last week, then we went back to return a shower speaker and a magnetic charging station that didn't work well . However, I noticed something when I went back, beginning with the return process, I had my receipt, and the girl scans both items and was able to find the shower speaker, then she tells me that she can't find the charger on the receipt and when she scans the item it shows up as earphones, and when she goes through my receipt she sees earphones. I tell her I didn't buy any earphones, it seems to me that's their problem not mine, they probably have that item barcode set up under earphones. Then she suddenly finds it because she said "oh there" and directed me to insert cards etc.

Then after that she kind of followed me and sons throughout the store, not visibly, sort of like working on shelves but pretty close to where we were the entire time. We found her standing by the self checkout area when we arrived, so she had no reason to be walking around right near us. I got home and discussed this with my husband, and he reckons she probably thought I stole the charging station on our first visit, to return it later for $10 which we both laughed at it, because I've worked too hard in nursing school to have BON suspend my license for $10, my husband says he doubts she thought that far, and I agree....

This was my first time in one of these stores. There's a ton of stuff here like home and kitchen stuff, cleaning supplies, party supplies, and tons of arts and crafts stuff. I got many items. The store was very neat and clean. Everything was laid and labeled perfectly and its a pretty nice sized store with plenty room to move around with a basket. I went at 11 on a Saturday and it wasn't packed. You do scan your own items though which the 2 young ladies didn't really explain to us. One of the young ladies just walked over to the screen and turned it a bit towards us. That was kinda strange to me but they both looked young and were both in the middle of stocking. I'd say they probably were just really busy. However, I did notice both of the young ladies were in the plates section across from me when I was looking at pens and stuff. It was strange and I worked in retail a long time so it felt like they were making sure I wasn't stealing. But that's really just my own...
