Do not use this store if you can avoid it, I stopped at this location on my way to a job site because it was conveniently located between my home and the site, I purchased a Brad Nailer which I need it for some crown molding work and went on my way, when I made it to the job site and opened the box I was surprised to find out the tool was used, and it was not a suspicion of it being used such as a bad smell or fingerprints, the tool had been beaten down to hell and back. I immediately called the store manager whom was not available and ended up speaking with the assistant manager Salem. After voicing my Issue he told me to ask for him by name at the return desk and that he would give me a discount on a replacement tool for my trouble, I agreed and explained to him I was halfway there already to which he replied just ask for me. When I got to the return desk I asked for Salem by name and the representative told me to hold on, he made a phone call and came back and said I’m just going to give you a discount. Salem never bothered to come out to address an upset customer, he just blew me off and said will just give you some money off. After the rep called a second rep go get the replacement tool (which showed to be an inventory in their system) they were never able to find it so at that point I was told here’s your money back I have a nice day. I called the corporate office which is where it gets better, after speaking to a gentleman for about 10 minutes about the situation he told me “I’m going to transfer you to the person who’s going to make this right”, after the lady came on the phone and asked me to repeat everything I said to the other person she told me (her words) “I understand why you’re pissed off, but what do you want me to do about it?”...Long story short, I just stopped at Lowe’s and bought a different nailer I will never ever step foot in the store again. I am a contractor it can attest to this not being the first time I have a dumb issue such as this due to poor management at this location... avoid this Home...

Purchased a nice Samsung fridge a month ago, it was delivered with factory defects- insulation spilling out of the seams of the doors... so I did not sign for it and had them order us a new one. They left the fridge hooked up as a "loaner" until the new one would arrive. We had scheduled for the replacement fridge to be delivered on a Saturday so we would not have to take a day off work to get it- It never arrived all day. On Monday we spoke to Home Depot (Because the third party delivery service's office is closed on weekends while they are out delivering...?) and they said that the drivers tried to call both of us and they could not get into our community gate. That is not true as we both were waiting by our phones all day and you call our cells from the gate to get in. Lies. So they tried to plan it for a monday two weeks out (today)... NO... we are not taking a day off of work to wait around for you to not come. We scheduled it for this coming Saturday, but yesterday we got a call saying that it would be delivered today and the old fridge picked up! What, they never changed the date in the systems even though they confirmed with us?! So the other half is home to get the fridge- he just got a call from them saying they are ONLY picking up the loaner fridge (the messed up one) and will not be delivering a new fridge until Saturday... This is unacceptable! How are we supposed go an entire work week with a toddler and no fridge! Especially with NO notice to get rid of an entire fridge of food. Home Depot- we will be getting our money back, taking our business to Best Buy that has been serving us SOOO well for Tvs and Oven/microwaves, etc. You are crooks. I am never shopping in your store again and will be warning everyone we know about how sketchy you do business with your third party delivery guys that probably stole our last fridge.

Read moreI would give home Depot zero Stars if that was an option. I went to home Depot in Copperfield on Friday August 4, 2023. We were having a hard time getting customer service in the appliance department, as we were there to buy a washing machine. Finally some girl sauntered up to the department from the flooring department acting like she knew what she was doing. NOT!!! We showed her the washing machine she wanted and she entered the part number for a dryer. There's nothing wrong with our dryer so why would we be there to order a dryer. She acted as though she knew what she was doing so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. As the merchandise was being delivered, I took a closer look at the paperwork and saw that she had made the biggest blunder of the year by giving us a dryer. I called home Depot and told them to return the dryer because that's not what we ordered. I will say this, the lady that answered the phone understood, and gave me a full refund right there over the phone. She printed out a refund ticket for me, we came and pick that up so that I would have it for my records in case the money didn't come back on my card. We immediately went to Lowe's nextdoor and bought a washer there. It is August 11th, 2023, and the delivery people from Lowe's just delivered our brand new washing machine. Lowe's knocked it out of the park, while home Depot showed up to the wrong stadium, wearing the wrong uniform, playing the wrong position, and swinging at all of the wrong B.S.! Nuff said. Don't waste your time with home Depot. Lowe's is a lot...
