This place used to always be PACKED growing up. Once the original owner sold out and new people started being in charge of the franchises - the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I have been here several times in the last 2 years and it has only gotten worse. Today is likely my last visit. Not only have the prices increase each time I have gone, the selection has gotten smaller as well as food being old, dried out, hard, cold or all of the above. Getting a fresh pizza is the luck of the draw, and getting one made is also luck if they make it correctly. I don't drink soda and their lemonade is always VERY watered down, and the Sprite is just carbonated water.. no syrup- so I don't even bother getting a drink and just stick to water. The food when fresh is good, but this location is never even busy any more so it's always old food that has been sitting for hours. Half of the arcade is broken or eats tokens at random, and others eat them every time depending on the game. Despite the place never being busy, it is always hard to find a remotely clean table eat off of. The two previous times my husband and I tag teamed and literally bussed the table so we could eat. Then we even cleaned it after our family left as there were still no clean tables. It had been months since I last came here and my mom wanted to take myself and the kids to lunch so we arrived shortly after opening (literally 10 mins after opening) and the tables were still dirty. Not the usual plates and napkins stacked like the leaning tower of "Pizza" that I'm used to seeing but it looks as if the dishes were removed and a dry rag was run across sloppily on each table as you could clearly make out grease spots, and most all the crumbs and small pieces of food were merely brushed off the table onto the booth seats. The ivory crust crumbs all over stand out easily on the red cushions. After walking the entire right side of the restaurant- we settled into the "cleanest" booth we could find but still had to brush off the seat so we didnt sit on crumbs or small pieces of what I assume was cheese. Clearly the booths weren't cleaned and the floor was most certainly not swept or mopped. Just a quick glance around showed tons of crumbs and even whole pepperoni slices on the floor. As well as a sticky puddle of dried soda and probably more soda splashed along the wall. (Remember, this is 10 mins after opening for the day) there is no excuse to have clear food from the day or days before on the floor. Restaurants should be cleaned before locking up for the night and get a quick look over/cleaning in the morning before opening. No surprise that even though they added new drink options, the lemonade is pure water, Sprite has no syrup, just carbonated water and all the other sodas are very watered down as well (my mom and kids informed me of all their drinks and they all got something different) they are clearly cutting corners to turn a profit by charging nearly 3 dollars for an adult drink that is literally water. Soda machines are a HUGE profit as is. Fountain drink sodas cost about 8 cents for a huge glass and that is WITH SYRUP! They are charging people several dollars for basically flavored water that doesn't even taste good. Save yourself the money and just go with water, it will taste better anyway. Seeing as I have been here numerous times with no improvement and even attempting to come right at opening just to show how bad this location has gotten- I'll stick to delivery from other places. It's the same price, if not cheaper and I can enjoy it at my house and not see days old food...

1/2023- UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! Omg!!! Thank you GOD!! I can enjoy my CICIS again!!!!!!!! The vibe and atmosphere is so much better!! It’s cleaner!!!! Overall I’ll go back to my 5 star Ciciz experience!!! Management made my day!!! I appreciate people doing there job!!! Going above and beyond!!

Warning all around: DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!
I am at the littleyork location. I redeemed a reward there August 6th and I’ve been calling for 2 weeks because there warmers were broken! Something is always broken in this location! The AC was completely out one day and they had us in there eating with no AC and the food temperature couldn’t have been proper. Well today I watched the manager taking customers money go to the back, NOT was his hands, then pour salad into the bucket. Customers were all staring at him. He’s extremely rude! I told Daniel when I decided not to eat there that I needed a receipt he said he couldn’t print me one because I redeemed a reward! I made Daniel write me a note stating I didn’t eat there and I’ll be back once they get there equipment fixed. But it’s been 2 weeks I’ve been calling and there equipment hadn’t been fixed until today! So I’m not losing my reward because there management sucks! I won’t be doing business anymore at this location for no reason! I don’t tolerate ignorance where I spend my money. The buffet is always under stocked, it’s dirty in there, & nobody washes there hands. And the manager needs training how to manage a business! He’s rude, he doesn’t speak when you come in, and he acts like he doesn’t appreciate the customers service, that pays him!
It was freezing cold!! Staff was rude I was waiting on a friend and I had to use the restroom! I’m pregnant but that’s none of her business so I hadn’t paid and they don’t have WiFi so I couldn’t access my app which is what brought me in to the establishment. This lady sat up for 3-4 mins saying the restroom is for customers! Asking do I want to purchase a buffet. I had to use the bathroom really bad by this time! She keeps debating with me I almost used it on the floor!
The bathrooms were nasty! Stink!
Then... the food! No bacon bits, no yellow bell peppers, or Italian dressing and the pizza was nasty! It was so flat you didn’t really have d0ugh on your pizza. The soup wasn’t fresh it was just them dumping the sitting pasta into the soup! The cheese bread sticks didn’t have cheese on them.
I ordered a special pizza! She made it wrong! So I had to wait again for a pizza when she should have wrote it down like the other cicis does and they didn’t bring me the pizza they put it on the buffet for others to touch first! Really! What’s the point of a personal pizza if anyone can have some?
They should’ve spent more money on improving the taste and offering what cicis has instead of trying to redecorate the place! Because cutting cost on the food aspect can ruin your business!
I’ll never spend my money here again!! I’ll go to the Fry location!! Always great...
Read moreI went to cicis October 4, 2023 at 9:00pm i bought 3 drinks and payed for 2 people and myself to eat not only was there only 3 pizzas left but staff had very bad attitude when it came down to me asking ur manager “alaidy” if they had any brownies she said “NO WE DONT HAVE BROWNIES” in a rude tone i walked away and decided to order them from “jossue ve “ ur cashier instead i stood there for 7 minutes waiting to be attended and ur manager takes my order i asked for brownies and she says “I ALREADY TOLD U WE HAVE NO BROWNIES” after she says that i tell her not to speak to me in that tone because i was only being nice to her i asked her “do you have any cinnamon rolls “ she said “yes” and i told her i wanted 2 boxes when she proceededs to set in the order i asked her for my receipt and she nodded and when the receipt printed out she proceedes to CRUMBLE IT infront of me and says the machine doesn’t print right now and walks away i told her again I NEED my receipt she calls “jossue ve” over and he tells me that it can’t print but i asked him then what does she have in her hands and he says i can’t print it out and walks away i wait for my cinnamon rolls for over 30 minutes no one comes up to me or says that their ready when i go up and ask because NO ONE is at cicis anymore other than ur employees she asked what i needed and i said my cinnamon rolls and she proceededs to call josue and HE askeds me again what do i need and i repeat myself my cinnamon rolls he goes back into the kitchen makes a loop around the oven and comes back to where i was standing opens the oven and gives me my food .I am VERY upset whit the service i was given WE DID NOT EAT MORE THAN ONE PIZZA and i paid for 3 PEOPLE . so yes i’m very VERY upset i believe PEDRO your district manager needs to speak to BOTH the cashier and HIS STORE MANAGER on how customers should be treated i spent too much for a shorty service like this i could have easily given dominoes my business atleast they would get my order right and give me great customer service Edit: I just called them for corporate # and she stated that neither her or pedro...
