I love Domino's. I've been a loyal customer to the Dom's for many a year Pizza is a very happy food for me. Over the last two or three years I've been frequenting this Domino's in particular because it is the closest to me, naturally. Unfortunately over the past few years and especially recently the location has gone for lack of a better term downhill. The employees are completely devoid of personality and unable to provide friendly service for the most part there's a couple exceptions but overall there's a general lack of care amongst the staff unfortunately. My favorite pizza to get is a thin crust and they routinely burn it not only that but I usually get garlic parmesan sauce as opposed to tomato sauce it's quite good when it's made right with pepperoni of course. More often than not I've had to ask for the pizza to be remade because it is burnt to a crisp and I'm talking charcoal edges So much so that the garlic parmesan sauce of which I usually ask for extra for this reason but it still doesn't alleviate the problem The sauce is evaporated from the pizza it's like eating a piece of burnt cardboard with burnt cheese and while I like my pepperoni a little on the burnside I do not like the overall pizza to be burnt. It's almost every time, despite me suggesting that when you're making a thin crust maybe push it into the oven almost halfway instead of starting at the end of the rack because every time I've gone there and it is burnt they always without fail blame the oven for it and I'm baffled by that statement because it's not the oven it's the operator of the oven and it's on a conveyor It doesn't take much brain power to realize you should probably not start a thin crust pizza at the very start of the rack but apparently brain power is in short enough supply these days that this never really becomes a realized thing. Like I said, baffling. I am a loyal customer however, and I still frequent this Domino's location. I do hope that they turn it around because Domino's is amazing as a brand and as a food in general, pizza should make people happy, not sad or disappointing; it's an item ordered when one is already a little down, or to feed a large...
Read moreThis is the worst Dominos! They honestly need to close this location down and never open it back up! Where do I start! After waiting 40 minutes to receive my order, I received a call from the store stating my food is not ready, they have not started cooking it and they do not have a driver. Asking me to come pick the food up or having to wait another hour to receive food. I stated that I will come and pick the food up but I need my delivery and tip refund it! The options they gave was so ridiculous as I was still charged my tip and delivery when I had to pick the food up. After speaking with the manager before arriving to the location about the situation at hand, they were going to fix the issue. But that was too good to be true, arrived to the store just to be told the manger is now out doing delivery's . At this point I need corporate number because this is unacceptable. I asked the gentleman " tall, long hair, headphones in his ear at the store for corporate number! He responded with a sarcastic remark stating the number is 1-800 Domino's, and smirked. Nothing about the situation is funny or entertaining at all. After leaving and getting home and waiting for corporate to give me a call back, I checked the order! I ordered three medium pizzas and 3 different order of wings just for the wings to be undercooked and not well done as I asked on the phone!! Read moreThis is one of the worst Dominos locations. I placed my order thru the Dominos App for delivery and was given an ETA of 34-44 mins this time passed and nothing. I called the store to find out what was going on and they were like we are very busy today. I was like that is not my problem that they didn't fulfill my order in the time promised. They were like we don't have control of what the Dominos App gives you. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Almost 2 hrs and still didn't have my order. I asked for a partial refund as by the time my order was going to be delivered it was going to be cold. They said no they couldn't do that as they were going to deliver my order eventually. They were not willing to work with the customer. Didn't matter what I said to them they didn't care. They wanted to give me a store credit and I was like no I'm not buying from you ever again. They said we'll thats all we can do. So after waiting 2 hrs I had not choice but to receive it since we had waited this long anyways; however, I'm very dissatisfied with how Dominos handles their customers. Don't use the Domino's App and I would suggest going somewhere else where they care about...
