McDonald's — Restaurant in Jersey Village

just wow ! can’t believe this. i visited the location early in the morning around 6am and ordered my usual breakfast and decided to try their bakery food and i added a muffin to my order , made it all the way to work only to get ready to eat the muffin & it has mold all over it !!!! i immediately called the store to let them know and the shift manager on duty cassie , stated she didn’t know why the muffin was green or moldy & that i could return it and PROBABLY get another one , no apology was NEVER offered.. i asked for the store manager , she stated she was the only manager on the floor .. i then asked for the corporate or the owners number , she stated they didn’t have access to either one of those... at this point i’m furious & ask to speak with anyone else .. i hear her in the background telling the employees , “there’s an angry mad on the man, and i don’t have time to deal with him , it’s too early “ another lady comes on the phone , i believe her name was gabby, she said she was the other shift manager on duty !! very nice lady , apologized & gave me the customer service number to where i could reach , assured me if i returned they would be able to replace my order , i was so upset with the way , the previous lady treated me , never will i ever spend another dime at this place !! customer service is horrible , and it’s clear not one person, as many as they have on the floor , are checking the products. so many eyes saw this muffin before it was given out to me & yet it was still given out !! i visited this location wednesday morning 1/20/2021. the shift manager cassie clearly need to be retrained because her attitude is...

I went to eat before the game since I had arrived to early for the game and I wasn't sure if they had a consession stand at Bear Creek Baseball Field. I ordered and I requested the top bun not to have seeds, the young lady went and asked her manager if they could do that and they said yes. Finally my order was ready, the young lady said I might want to check it to be sure it was right. I had already set up my table with ketchup and napkins and my drink. I sat out my fries, and pulled out my home style burger, well the top bun had seeds. I took it back up to the counter, the young lady apologized and she was trying to get the persons attention that assembles the burgers and the male manager asked what the problem was an she explained I needed a plain top bun. He told her to go back to her register as he took the burger from her and turned to throw it into the trash as I yelled,"Don't throw it away, it just needs another bottom bun on top. He ignored me and threw it in the trash and he made her re-order it. I said out loud that there was absolutely no reason to waist the burger and NOW my fries would be cold by the time my burger was ready and I would probably be late for my game. I ate my fries while I waited on my burger. Finally it wad ready and I was eating it when I noticed it was pink inside. I ate around the uncooked meat and I left. Avoid at all costs!!!! Very MEAN lady working the drive through Saturday morning 5/10/25 at 10:17am!! I want to preface this by saying I usually don’t leave these types of reviews and completely understand that working in the customer service industry can be very difficult especially within the food/service industry as I myself have worked jobs within the industry, However this does not excuse the actions of the lady at the drive through with the very thick accent. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-through window, she was immediately hostile and defensive with me. I had ordered a sausage egg & cheese McGriddle MEAL with an iced coffee and a round egg substituted instead of the folded scrambled egg the meal typically comes with. The lady hand me a sausage, egg and cheese Mc griddle with no iced coffee and with no hash brown. When I tried to tell her that the order was incorrect, she immediately started yelling at me saying that it had to be the correct order. It wasn’t until I showed her the receipt that she realized she had handed me the wrong meal. To which her response was “OH” in a nasty sarcastic tone and tosses me the bag with my correct order. She wasn’t even going to give me my coffee until I had to very nicely remind her that I paid extra to have it with my meal. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting behavior!
