McDonald's — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Godful service seriously the worst McDonald’s in Houston I mean this place is so rude. I literally told the woman just keep the money. I don’t even care and I drove off. but you better believe I’m leaving this review right now! They gave us someone else’s order. I went back through the drive-through to tell her this is not what we ordered, but my son had already started eating one of the Mc griddles because he did order a griddle so he thought it was his and started eating it however, the other four items in the bag were not what we had ordered and she said I said no my son ate the Mc griddles. You can just take that off of the order since we did order but he already ate. It’s fine but we didn’t get the pancakes or any of the other stuff that we order and she told me to goand someone would bring it out to me in a minute and she was really rude about it. We parked and sat there for 20-30 minutes. My husband was getting so frustrated that he finally said just go inside and ask them obviously they forgot so I did. And they said that breakfast was over. I said OK well can you give us something equivalent to what we ordered and she said no, but I can come back tomorrow and she’ll remake the order for me. We do not live close to this McDonald’s we happen to be passing here. On our way back from my son‘s doctors appointment which is across town. So I got frustrated and told her fine. Just keep the money whatever it wouldn’t be worth it for me to come back After paying for the gas money to get there and back to the house the time and effort to go through all of that it just doesn’t make any sense. And she was so smug about the way she said OK if that’s what you want I asked her if we could at least have back the food that we gave her that was the wrong order and she said oh I threw that away along time ago. I plan on leaving this review plus going and leaving a review with corporate and letting them know how downright criminal this McDonald’s is running their business. There was no apology. There was no I’m sorry about the mixup. Nothing she completely acted like we were wasting her time and we should be satisfied with the burritos and sausage biscuits that we got instead of the hot plate deluxe, griddles, and big breakfast. That’s a big price difference between the two orders . Just saying this...

I live less than a mile from this location but will not be returning here. Places an order for an item on their app, after waiting for 39 minutes at the drive through was given my good. Started driving out started eating the food with the assumption steak was included with my order as placed. Sadly after I ate the pancakes I noticed the steak was missing. Went back to the store asked for the steak. They told me they don't start serving steak for another 30 minutes. I asked for a refund since order wasn't completed. Manager told me since I ate part of the food he can't do a refund but now was willing to make the steak. Told them I was late to work and just wanted my partial refund. Was denied. I went online complained to corporate Was told to go to the store for refund. Went to the store met the same manager but this time he said he was always willing to issue refund but didn't. One of the front desk named Destiny took it upon herself to accoust me and interrogate me while at the same time being absolutely rude to me and a new customer who wanted to place an order. She made a comment to other workers that I was making a big deal over a refund that was 45 days old meanwhile it hadn't even been a week. Very rude. Manager and I may have had a misunderstanding but the front desk associate had no reason to speak to me the way she did or even get involved in the transaction since the manager was handling it. All in all a very bad tast left, and definitely sending feedback to GM to train their people better. NOT...

I really think the older guy manager here is great his staff always seems to listen and he's not terribly mean or rude like the other manager is or was I havent seen her in while I used to come here all the time till the mean Manger lady yelled at me sometime during one of her horrible morning shifts she was mean to customers and staff horrible actually and unapologetic about it I mean why return to place where a manger snapped at you for having a question about how to use a order kiosk she literally yelled at me I actually complained to corporate about her cus I never have had a Manger yell at me for trying to actually eat somewhere but the pm manager he an older guy he's nice I notice the staff is nicer when he works too obviously I did come here alot it was conveinent across fromwhere I work at and quick and cheap so I mean McDonald's is McDonald's but if ur gonna eat fast food place u want the staff to be nice or there is probably another McDonald's down the street anyways I did want to reach out and let them know they keep store nicer cleaner now and the night staff is friendly and helpful and keep the place nice and clean im still to afraid to venture in and try breakfast again after the mean Manger in am incident but oh well I just hope she no longer works at this McDonald's maybe one day I will stop n try breakfast...
