Ok, I've worked in the restaurant business for ten years and I have never been so disappointed in the service I got at this location. This was embarrassing for me to see with my own eyes. First off, this location closes it's door at 9 o'clock pm and the business hours says 10pm for the lobby also it states that the drive thru is 24hrs and that's not true only on Friday's and Saturday's night. The crew who works in the morning is all Hispanics and most of them do not understand English well enough to take your order. At night the crew is so rude and that's everybody that's on th shift. The manager Eduardo is friendly but the people he hired to cover when he's not there is going to sink him. I ordered food today and I went in at about 11am, lunch had already begun, but the service I got was horrible. Waited 13 minutes before someone even ask if I had been help, the crew member that took my order didn't understand the menu and what I was asking for. So another crew member came and tried her best to get it right. I ended up with a cold cheese burger very salty fries ketchup and mustard everywhere. I was so disappointed with the service I threw the food away right there in the lobby. No gloves or hair nets. It smells, the drink area is nasty. I'm just over it. I don't want to get sick so I'll take that loss. Oh and by the way the DM was there just the other day talking with Eduardo and they were in the lobby watching a crew member clean tables and not wipe down the seats. I said something and they both looked at me like what?? So everything wrong with this location come from upper management. They visit, they see, and I especially know that the read reviews. Nothing is going to get done at this location. I'm just not risking it anymore. 06/14/2019 If this location is owned by franchise they really need to come in and clean up this place. Read moreLong story short if you are black do not go here in the morning wait till night for the other shift because the older management for that building is racist I damn near had to beat up two of the managers up there for messing up and they refused to replace my order if you are Mexican then go they will treat you right I had went in because they messed up my custom order the mc chicken add pickles but they forgot the pickles when I brought it to their attention they lied and said it doesn't come like that , but remember I said this is a custom order so it can come like that if I ordered it that way I called the number on their sight it didn't work I took all the right steps to ensure my food gets replaced but I didn't get it he also told me if no one answered the phone I can't help you then when I asked for another mc chicken not only did he charge me for it he put pickles on the side for me to put on the burger like huh morale of the story I had to come back like 8 at night and explained the process and what happen to someone that was black but the management was Mexican she was nice and confirmed it so I got my food back sad what people put you through cause they have a racial problem with blacks on the morning shift i advise you to avoid this place but if you do go in you are black go at your own risk and check your food before you leave cause they will mess it up and give you a hard time if you dont bring it to they attention before you leave the two older mexican guys thats in management will make up the most excuses to not do right by the customer and replace the food they need more mixed management staff for the management in the morning and no this not the first time I had got into with these ppl there and also no I'm not racist this is just the vibe and feeling they give off which is why i said I feel there management is racist because it constantly happens which is sad i hope they make some changes there soon for it...

I ordered my meal and added on a hazel nut iced coffee. I had a code for a free large iced coffee but she said I can only use 1 code, the system supposedly updated and I can only use one. I asked if she can go ahead and cancel the order so I can replace my order again, said I had to wait a minute in between to use the code again. I never had an issue before. 1 code to get points, another code to use for a free/discount item. I asked if she can ask a manager for assistance and she said she was the manager. She said she can show me when I pull up to the front (drive thru). I doubt she's the manager because her customer service was HORRIBLE, taking multiple orders when I already pulled up infront of her and talked to her already face to face. Gave her the code again and she said it was invalid. The code said it was for iced coffee and even had her scan the QR code. She told me I would have to delete the app and download it again. Cmon lady, there was multiple cars behind due to her lack of order of operation.
Please have this "manager" trained again. She had a tattoo on her left arm that said Mía. I would say her name but she was out of dress code not wearing a name tag... All of the other managers are nice and attentive previously before when I went. This one, not so much. 👎
